ICY Hot Smart Relief Knee and Shoulder Refill kit, 2 Electrode Pads

These work wonderful, and this is the only place I have been able to find the shoulder/knee replacements.

Recommended for me by my Chiropractor, the Icy Hot TENS unit has definitely helped with my neck and shoulder pain. I purchased the TENS unit at my local Walmart and ordered the refill pads here on Amazon. Completely safe and so easy to use, I get immediate relief after the 30 minute treatment. The pads can be used multiple times and will last longer if applied to clean, dry skin - no lotions, oils, etc. The unit itself runs on a replaceable 3V battery so you aren't tied to an outlet for the treatment.Please check with your doctor prior to use as there are some contraindications where you should definitely not use including medically implanted devices.Overall, a great product and I would highly recommend to anyone experiencing muscular and/or arthritic pain.

These products have become a GAME. CHANGER. For me. Especially with night time pain. If I wake up with pain but don't want to take a pill in the middle of the night on an empty stomach, I put one of these on. The next thing I know, it's morning and I have no pain.When my pain was at its worst (before therapy and steroids), I used this several times throughout the day and NEVER had to take pills!! If pain was REALLY bad, it might take two sessions in a row (each one lasts 10-20min), but then the effects lasted for hours. If it started back in, I would put the patch back on.The patches stay in place very well, yet come off easily without hurting or irritating the skin (and I have VERY sensitive skin when it comes to adhesives). If a person cares for them properly by putting the patch back on the thick, plastic card that comes with EVERY TIME they take it off, each patch will last a long time.

I use on my shoulder and it really works on pain. I only need to crank it up 5 times to get just the right amount of juice. To make the sticky part last longer, just hold that side in a running stream of water, don't rub it, shake it off and it is as good as new and sticks nicely.

I can't rave enough about this whole system. My knee had so many pain issues. I have told so many people about these and they are total fans now. These pads are VERY sticky. I would highly recommend when removing from your skin you hold down your skin with one hand and pull up on the pad with the other. Doesn't hurt at all when you do that. They will eventually be less sticky.

Have used both shoulder/ knee and back products. Diminished pain impulses while healing. Reasonable battery life, batteries not expensive to replace. I used along with oral analgesics and rest. If adhesive wears out, can use bandaging tape.

I initially purchased from a local store and when the adhesive pad wore out, I dreaded having to buy a replacement kit. Amazon sells these adhesive pads separately from the TENS Unit, so they work perfectly well with the original snap-on unit.
