GOOD TO SEE A PRACTICAL USE FOR NEWSPAPERS - ALTHOUGH I'D HATE THESE TO BE RECYCLED COPIES OF THE SUN. AS A FORMER JOURNALIST IT'S NICE TO FIND A STOCKING FILLER GIFT FOR FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUES AND THESE PACKS ARE QUITE LOVELY, TOO, AND ALSO COME COMPLETE WITH RUBBER AND SHARPENER, AT THE TOP, A REALLY NICE TOUCH. GREAT VALUE. LET'S HOPE THE WRITING IS AS GOOD AS SOME OF OUR OLD LONG GONE NEWSPAPERS WERE.

Great pencils
Pencils are lovely, but the ones I received are definitely not HB as advertised. Much too soft. They’re probably a B3 or B4 pencil instead.Really wanted the HB advertised

STALLION Newspaper Pencils HB2 Dark
These came really quickly. I was surprised to see an 'eraser' and a 'sharpener' pop out at me as I opened the box. Really handy eh? You have to sharpen them to start with (seemed very easy to do - not so dense as usual pencils?) which is normal I guess. I have drawn and written with these pencils and I would definitely buy these again. I may update if I have to sharpen them every 10 mins but so far, so good!
