Takes 90% of the movement out of the trailer, which is fantastic. I had xchocks before, which were pretty good for back to front, but not great, and did nothing for side to side motion. Now I maybe feel a quick shake while people walk, get down from something but it recovers to solid very quickly. No more bouncy shudder throughout the whole trailer. My 26 yo son slept in the rear bunk up top and I never felt him going up / down through the night.They go to great lengths to give you good directions, yet I found them a little bit confusing; there are no real pictures/diagrams of what a configured setup would look like in the instructions (granted there are thousands of trailer types out there. There are individual close up pictures, and some general diagrams, but a finished example would be nice in my opinion. Once I understood the concept, it was a fairly easy install.Do yourself a favor and go get a 17/64 carbon drill bit. this will make all of the rest of the jobs easy.They give you a 17/64 bit, but I don't think it's carbon, didn't work as well as the ones I bought. They also give you the countersink, and that was probably the most work of the entire job. The footplates on my grand design are very thick and hard steel. It got it done, but took a bit of effort to get countersink close to flush.I have a 22 Grand Design 28BH 5th wheel.

Hard to imagine a better thought out product. Installation instructions were amazing. The original shipment was short a key part but when I called the cellphone number included, the owner answered and immediately priority shipped what I needed. He is awesome!! My 5th Wheel is 90% more stable when I lock them down, making our home away from home MUCH more enjoyable!!! I highly recommend this product and look forward to years of perfect performance. Well done SteadyFast!! By the way, the original shipment actually beat the eta by a full day!!!

I felt a little overwhelmed when i started to install this but read the instructions twice and once i got rolling, had it done in an hour.Now i can someone jump back and forth on one end and the other end of my 40' fifth wheel is rock solid. 90% of the shaking is gone. Before, it was so bad, you could not roll over in bed without waking the opposite end occupants.Well worth the money!

I recently purchased and installed this system on a 35' Keystone Cougar 313RLI fifth wheel. I had considered a tripod but could not imagine, from an engineering stand point, how the tripod could offer much stability verses the Steadyfast system, regardless of the price. The directions were good and the installation was not difficult. just required laying on the ground and drilling a few holes. I mounted the pieces on the footpads by removing the pads, drilling a hole and using a hex head bolt to secure the piece to the pad - works fine.While it is not 100%, the installation has helped the movement in the camper a great deal, especially in the front of the unit. I found adding the "sissor jack" type wheel chocks between the rear wheels also helps.Due to a shortage, the package came with 3 substitute wing nut tighteners and a note stating that the actual correct wing nuts would be shipped soon. And, surprisingly, 2 weeks later a package arrived with the correct wing nuts! That makes a good product and a good company even better!

Overall it's a good product and does stabilize the 5th wheel but not completely or even as much as I thought it would from the reviews I read and videos I watched. Install was straight forward but be careful when threading the self taping bolts as I had one snap off even with going slow and backing it out every ½ turn or so. But overall good product and would purchase again for my camper if I get one.

Added this to my keystone fuzion toy hauler for the more rowdy friends that stay in my garage when camping. It made all the difference in the world to be able to lay down and not feel like I’m on a boat to sea.

I installed these on my 43’ toy hauler. Before I installed these you could not walk anywhere in the camper without feeling it in the upper bedroom. I would guess that 95% of the movement was gone after I installed. The kit came with everything needed to make installation easy. Took about an hour and a half. If you’re mechanically inclined you will have no problem installing. Very happy with this product.

I have been fulltime RVing fulltime for the past year. We have a 40ft Montana. These stabilizers significantly reduce movement. I clean and spray with silicone about once a month and they have been awesome. ***2021 update***going on two years full time RVing and stabilzers are still going strong. I have been traveling the country and to date have not seen another RV with this system. It is a shame that many are missing out on this simple yet effective stabilizer system.
