Shoulder strap failed
I got a pair of these for center parcs and bike packing. One of the shoulder straps tore out completely with just my swimming stuff and 2 kids swimming towels in. It wasn’t over packed or that heavy. Both shoulder straps were on so they were sharing the weight. Shame as they seemed great.

Worked, the fell apart, no customer services
Initially I would say this was a great bag, did exactly what it says on the tin. However, unfortunately after just over 4 months of moderate use it has fallen apart. One of the straps has now fully come off, the hook has come off and it has beyond ceased to function even as a bag let alone one on your bike.I contacted the seller explaining the situation as like I said, I liked the bag and disappointingly have just been ignored. So I figured as they obviously don’t care I would inform their future customers of their substandard product and lack of customer services. So if you want a great bag for a few months then please buy, but it will then fall apart.

Excellent product for the price
This pannier is excelent! I was a bit scared about the bad reviews but after a month, I can say that is perfect. It fits well on my bike (Dahon vybe v7) and is very easy to take it from the rack. To put it is a bit hard at first but later on, you catch the idea. The size is good for me, I put my laptop, a small lunch box and a sweater. I have a little more space for a thick book. Is true the cover takes some space, so I took it off when it doesn't rain.Overall, for the price is a very strong and easy to use pannier, compared with other more expensive ones like ortlieb or others on the market

Faulty and unable to return
Bought on the 4th april.... 6 weeks in and using it max 2 times a week... buckle connection has ripped. Its not even a load bearing buckle. It just tp keep the bag zipped. And only a 30 day return available. Buy at your own risk

Great quality bag
The bag arrived on time and is very high quality/durable. Decent amount of space inside with a couple of interior pockets to organise stuff. My only criticism is that the reflectors on the side are obstructed when you have something in the side pockets, like a water bottle, so this seems like a poor design choice.

Great bay for the money!
Didn’t want to buy a fancy $200 Ortleib bag and this one worked well for $50! Sturdy material and water tight (especially when using the rain fly). Fits very sturdily on my bike and I even got compliments from other riders when out on trails. It may not last forever but is pretty great for the price!

Easy on/off, good commuter bag with pockets.
I have tried a few of these backpack/saddle bags and this one is definitely the easiest to both get on and off the bike and to convert. The hooks are good enough that you don't need to tie down for normal riding and hitting a bump here or there (I ride over train tracks and this is the first backpack I haven't needed to tie excessively to keep from "jumping" off the rack). It is also nice that it has a separate laptop pocket.I have used it for a season and very happy, have not had any wear issues noted in other reviews. But I am probably not an excessive user. I ride to work maybe 20 times a year and have otherwise just used it like a regular backpack.
