I redo it about every six months, satin shine lasts.

Yes, no sticky or gummy reside, may have some white liquid puddling, wipes right up, looks like custom meticulous but just spray wet clean cool engine, shut hood.

Can it be used on tires or interior?

Probably but not formulated for that even though heat resistant better choice would be interior designedproduct.

How many engine bays can this cover?

Can't say for sure, but many. I'd guess about 15-20. It really doesn't take much. For sure one of the products that is worth having. Well worth it's price.
