I have had to purchase this product twice already. The first time one of my children brok it within the first week. I chocked it up to kids being kids and ordered it again, this was in mid April. I it now the beginning of June and the charger has broken again it has become loose and will not charge my laptop. I will not order this product again and hopefully I will be able to find a better more reliable charger for my laptop. I am now in a position where I am going to fail classes in college because I am not able to complete assignments due to the poor quality of this product. Certainly not worth the 32,000 dollars it will cost me to flunk out of school. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

It works, but after a couple of weeks, it fits just a tad loosely in my Asus. I got irritated by the charging icon popping up every time I moved, so I looped a rubber band around it to keep it from wiggling while it's plugged in. It still works fine, though.UPDATE: after a year or so of use-- still fits loose, but still working!

At first the charger was working great. Then after 4 months it suddenly stopped working! Yet I was happy with it at first so I wanted to email to company to use the 1 year warrenty as advertised on its website but after 3 days of silence I thought I would be sure to warn everyone.

This is exactly the charger that I need for my two Asus laptops. It was difficult finding a charger that would fit the charging port of both units, but luckily, this charger was exactly what would fit both of my laptops. The vendor was efficient, quick and the after-sales follow-up was most appreciated. I bought another charger from this same vendor, a different model for a different unit, because I have confidence in this vendor. The price of the chargers are also reasonable, not overly expensive. And it would be very difficult to purchase these customized chargers even at Radio Shack, Best Buy, Target or Walmart, don't think they would have it. Thanks!

Works with my Chromebook Flip (I wanted a backup adapter). I prefer the power adapter over the factory one due to the fact that the actual plug is rotated 90 degrees versus the factory unit so you can use it on a multi-outlet strip without blocking outlets on either side of it.

Wasn't about to pay full price for the stock replacement charger. This was a great cheap alternative that has been working for me for about 9 months without fail. After about 6 months the connection to the laptop has become a little loose, but it still works without a problem!

The connector is very flimsy but it's a fault of the Asus design and not specific to this vendor.
