What a brilliant little piece of kit! I like to read in bed but when hubby comes up, it's lights out, no more reading! So I wanted something small that I could use that was bright enough to allow me to read but not so bright as to disturb him - I'd used my running head torch but it was generally too bright.A little research and cue this perfect little device!It's got various settings - colour is either white or more amber light, which you can adjust, then there are various brightness levels so you've got about 20 different possible combinations all in. I really like a soft amber setting - still plenty bright enough and very pleasant.It casts a good range of light sufficient to illuminate the page.It's got a good strong little bulldog-type clip to hold it onto your book and the "neck" part is slender, flexible and fully poseable.Took about two hours to charge fully when it first arrived and the charge seems to be lasting well almost a week in. It comes with its own USB charger cable and there's an indicator light so you know when it's fully-charged.I can't fault it - it's exactly what I was looking for.If, like me, you haven't embraced electronic reading devices and prefer a good old book, it's ideal. Will be great for our camping trips too when I like to read in the tent or outside if the light has fallen but I don't want to put my book down.

I bought this as an extra reading light for travelling as I get good use of one at home. Very glad I did, it’s smaller than I expected but that suits the job very well, ie night time reading. Its powerful when needed and dims nicely too, the softer colours are nice to read with. Actually, I’ve ditched my bigger light in favour of this one as it’s so much nicer to use. Still haven’t needed to recharge it so the battery life is obviously excellent.

Was looking for a warm light to read at night. This fits as has an orange tone and it is strong enough to read. Has many settings in terms of tone and intensity.What is it a little bit misleading is that not all 14 leds are on at the same time. Seems there are 7 leds on when warm light and 7 when white light setting.So far pleased with the lamp.

This is an excellent product, perfect for my little ones to read in bed and clips onto anything! Had to buy another one for my eldest child! Fab to have different brightness too.

This reading light is brilliant. The fact you can adjust the colour tone to suit the level of light or not light your reading it or the type of page your reading off to make it more comfortable on your eyes is great. Also the same with the three levels of brightness. It’s easy and fairly quick to charge and holds its charge for a long period of time. Just a brilliant light which I’ve recommended to others and they’ve ended up getting one each in their household including for young daughters. Highly recommend and definitely worth it

We bought this item because my wife was having trouble sleeping at the time due to the medication she was having to take and resorted to reading in bed to aid the process of falling asleep. She found it excellent for its purpose, easy to use and not intrusive at all, with a good range of light intensity, both in brightness and colour tint.

We used it over 3 years and now it doesn't hold the charge. For the price I paid it did was used every night for reading books in bed. The charge stays for uptown 3-4 days depending on the usage.

The clamp is really sturdy but quite bulky so better to clip to pillow/bed head etc rather than an actual book, but the neck is really flexible so it's easy to adjust the angle of the light.There are multiple brightness and tone settings too which is great and handy for different uses
