Cleans purple pvc primer off of cement if you spill
I was searching for a way to remove purple pvc primer spilled on concrete and stained. I saw a YouTube video that used this. It worked GREAT.

This stuff works well. I am retaping jump bars for my dog agility club and this is great at removing the old tape residue. Cleans the pvc back to white again also after it has been hanging around a dirt floor riding arena.
