It works fine - this is my second order of it - as the kids wound the winch too tight and broke it. The red made it easy to notice that it had broken off. The construction is to keep you from having to unwind the whole cable line and thread it on - so not surprising that if you wind it too tight that it gives and breaks. We are pleased with it.

It isn't made nearly tough enough. The material is hollow and the bolts are too long, if it was constructed solid it would be much stronger but the 2 pieces bolted together just doesn't cut it. On an ATV winch it may work a little better, on a full size winch get the Factor 55 or something similar that will hold up without splitting into..

I like it, I'd buy it again, but be careful not to suck the nut through. And you also have to use half and suck the washer in. Otherwise, I'm happy with them.

worked great for about a year, then it just fell apart. Honestly not sure if I pulled the line in to far and crushed it or it just didn't survive a winter of plowing snow.

Seems to work ok we have to do some modifications, but over all seems to be ok

Looks good have it mounted haven't seen the need for it yet but I installed as a preventive measure.

Just like all the other the other one star raters, broke within an hour of install, just hanging against the fair lead. Don't waste your money.

My wife's atv is red so we decided to keep a red theme with her atv. We got this to go with the red synthetic winch cable and aluminum non-roller fairlead. No complaints with it, it does its job well and looks good.

sorry but just not working as i expected. thought they would draw right up in to the winch fairlead but it will not. changed them with others i bought. the one piece rubber stopper are much superior and work perfectly. scooter

Hard to bolt, the material is to soft. Broke it twice with to winch, put it in garbage after that.
