I would advice Becareful before use. It actually files down so an it’s plastic. It’s good for light sanding to remove stain depends on which colour matches your need. It’s A lot of strip.If only it came in open and close case so there is no fall out.

Works wonders
Bought these to try to remove some tooth gem adhesive (same stuff they use for braces) that was left behind on my tooth as going to my dentist to have it removed wasn’t feasible for me with a small baby. This done the job!

Difficult use
I found these thin straps really difficult to use. I have a sharp tooth and hoped these would be a home solution. Not so I ended up giving up. To be fair, I am 77 and have not got as good use in my hands as I used to have. Nor for me I am afraid.
