So I purchased one of these for my wife to use with her work PC as the wired headset was honestly a pain. We tried several before this with none of them having a working mute button or feature aside from muting the app.This one worked out of the box, flip the boom mic up, hear a chime and the headset is muted. Flip down, another chime and you are talking again.Battery life has been very good. She makes it through a whole day of work without any issues, and charges the headset each night.The headset is very comfortable (it must be, she leaves it on during her breaks).All in all a great headset, so much so that I am picking up a second one for my use.

It didn't work with my laptop. Could have been just my laptop, not sure, but it broke my heart whenever I was excited to get it, and couldn't even get it to work.

took a bit to connect the bluetooth but had no issues after that. sound cancelation works well and its fairly comfortable for the price. lightweight, easy to carry around. worth the purchase.
