I really dislike that the default behavior of turning this on is the light cycling setting, which I find visually annoying and cannot switch off fast enough. I set it to have two turn-on times with set light color to get around this. I wish I could set it to stay on as a light even if there isn't any water in it, but that doesn't seem to be an option in the app scheduling section of Geeni.Via Alexa, the only options are on and off - it cannot switch between high and low mist or change the color. This is disappointing, but given that the device is pretty much exactly the price of a standard diffuser of this liquid capacity, not a dealbreaker and something that MIGHT be fixed in a software update.It functions perfectly well without the app or Alexa; there are physical buttons for all features except scheduling it to turn on or off at set times of the day. It automatically shuts off (including turning off the light) if it runs out of water.Be ready with something to catch drips when you lift off the top to add more water or essential oil.

Pros - its large, the scent is powerful on high and just right on low, you can turn off the light, the small light in front is soft and covered so its not bright in the dark, it's easy to open and close, the app does what it says.The Cons - when you open the lid be careful because it holds a little water and can spill out. It is NOT quiet it's like water popping when it's being boiled, not awful but I have to turn it off to fall asleep, the app is hard to use it doesn't use standard 12HR times and the labels aren't clear on what you're selecting. Not a good UI or UX for the schedule portion.It's a great value for the price and still worth it for the price.

The media could not be loaded.  This thing is really pretty! I have bought quite a few diffusers so far and I like this one best so far! It's not silent, but it's definitely not a loud diffuser. I really like that the element is directly in the middle and the whole bottom recesses to it as I've had other diffusers where the element is on the side and there's always a big puddle of water leftover on one side. My only real issues are 1. that although it's 500ml you don't want to fill to more than 400ml unless you don't mind the mist being really weak for the first hour or so. 2. Although I can add this to my Alexa app it shows up as a smart plug and only allows basic on and off functionality which ONLY controls the mist it will NOT turn on/off the light function. Oh, and for anyone who cares you do not have to use the Geeni app to set this up I found out a long time ago that a lot of these IoT devices that don't need a hub can be added to the Smart Life app. Quite a few of these companies out here have an app that is the exact same app as the Smart Life app but with a different name.

This is a good diffuser, easy to use and compatible with Alexa, I bought it at good price and then bought a second one for my mom

Candles have always been my preferred way to keep the house smelling good but after finding out that I was breathing in soot that was given off by the burning wick - I had to make a change. I have an open floor plan, so I needed a diffuser large enough to cover the whole area. I've tried a couple different ones and I absolutely love this diffuser! The larger water reservoir is great and keeps me from having to refill multiple times - I can fill it once and it lasts all day. Alexa and app control is fantastic - I love being able to turn it on and have my house smelling good when I get home from work.

The Geeni app actually works. I've tried a few other "smart home" apps for appliances and they don't. I got the unit set up and running in a few minutes and linked to Alexa through the Alexa app and the Geeni skill in a few more. For the price I think the features are appropriate. The unit could be improved by giving more levels for the output than "low" and "high". Also the light is quirky. It runs on color cycle just fine but I can't get it to stay one color with the app. I don't know if it is software or hardware. Not enough of an annoyance to return it since the diffuser part works. There is room for improvement but this is a solid unit.

The diffuser worked great for about 6 weeks. Now it won't connect to the wifi, and of course the return window has closed. Do not recommend since it clearly only works for a few weeks.

Very easy to setup and operate. Unit can connect to your wireless network and be controlled via Google or Alexa . The Geeni app is easily navigated. You can control the intensity of the mist spray as well as color modes of the unit. Unit makes good use of essential oils has a nice size water container also when the water gets low you'll receive a notification via the geenie app. Unit has a moderate noise level which I personally enjoy due to the calming sound it makes. Overall I'm pleased will purchase and plan to buy additional units to place through out the home.

Sé que es normal que cuando le quites la tapa tire agua, pero también tira de abajo del difusor al moverloCosas que creo que podrían mejorar en la app/difusor:1- Poder cambiar el brillo e intencionadad de luz2- tener un modo "intermitente" para que cada ciertos segundos se apague y los mismos segúndos se prenda (más tomando en cuenta que echa bastante niebla)

Es muy importante que después de cada uso, laven la bandeja del agua para que no se tape.

He comprado varios difusores y éste es el que mas me ha gustado, se apega a las necesidades por las cuales lo compre, el precio está muy bien asi como la calidad, tiene conexión con Alexa y aunque solo es prácticamente para prender y apagar, es una buena ayuda

Funciona bien pero no sé si es por las escensias que uso pero no aromatiza mucho, me tengo que acercar para olerlo porque el aroma no llega muy lejos. Creo que para aromatizar bien mi habitación son más efectivos los inciensos, ya que su aroma llega más lejos.
