Pancakes are delicious
You need to follow the directions. You can use substitutes for milk with coconut milk. Still works with oil not ghee. Good for gluten and milk free product.

Love this pancake mix!
It is a little sweet on it's own, due to added sugar and vanilla but it's delicious! We enjoy our pancakes with chocolate syrup, or with peanut butter and strawberry jam, or with ho ey! Or we make a homemade apple sauce. Excellent pancake mix, it is expensive but it's good.

Pls dont fall for the reviews
I ordered 3-4 different brands of waffle mixes on amazon. This one was so yucky. Some things are best left unhealthy only. This batter is not even sweet and tastes like some bajra/jowar roti. Waffles dont come out crispy at all and i thought it was my waffle maker's fault. This "healthy" version is a scam. Dont waste your time.
