Been using these tablets, and I feel calm. My anxiety is not going over board. Having to pay a low price , to sort of test them is great. Many a times having to pay £20+ for tablet to not work. I’ll be buying again from this seller.

Speedy delivery! Little pricey for product.

This is an ideal product to refill any old plastic container of Ashwagandha as I did. It's at 7% strength, most are at 5% or below and above that are more expensive. One tablet daily should be more than enough to meet most needs, but always follow directions.I take it at nightime as it is a good relaxant, as this is a powerful herbal product with strong adaptogen properties and it also helps my arthritis and combined with Turmeric reduces any inflammation or any nagging muscular aches.

I was pleasingly surprised

After taking these feel calmer- sleep better and mood feels lighter. Would highly recommend!
