Amazing value for money

It's really easy to use but comes with very basic instructions so if you've never done this at home you might want to look at some youtube videos before you start. One thing I noticed after the first use is that the nails were super thick, from the instructions I hadn't realized you have to actually file the nail on top (and especially on the edges around the cuticles) so it ended up quite thick. The problem with thickness isn't only that its ugly, it also makes the gel crack, so the more you thin it out the better and more natural the nails look. Once I had done it a couple of times, I realized that the best is to do is: dip 3x with the transparent powder (as per the dipping process explained on the instructions they send) then file the nails evenly on top and shape them. Then do the color after.I actually just ended up doing it only in transparent then painting over with normal varnish in another colour.

I took a chance on this kit. I’ve bought from Tomicca before and had no problems so despite the reviews and lack of, I thought I’d give it a go.Likes. - the kit came intact, no problems there. -this kit is easy to use (follow their advice, plus a few pointers below) - It’s cheap - the pots are a good size to dip, 14g instead of the usual 10g - long lastingDownside - the pink #277 is much cooler in colour than the photo, not the warm pink I was expecting. When doing the second hand I double checked it was the right pot as it looked more like the purple #218 to me. I edited the photo to try and show the truest colour. - the top coat was hard to open but followed Tomiccas advice and put it in a bowl of water for a few minutes. It opened easily after that. Didn’t even need to use pliers as suggested. - I applied to one hand first, no problems . Had something to eat . Applied to second hand. All was good until I got to the top coat, the brush had hardened. Swapped brushes with No6 brush saver. Used that instead. A couple of days later checked the hardened brush and it was as good as new. You must absolutely have a kit with the No6 brush saver! Also after applying No3 activator wipe off excess on nail before applying the top coat ( this is why it hardened) And wipe down top coat brush when doing a second application. I would also store upright to stop the bottles from sticking .Overall I was very happy. Will experiment with a few more colours

The base is much better compared to other brands sold on here but I ended up spending more for extras I didn’t need such as the dip powder as I couldn’t buy the base and activator by itself. The whole bottle of brush saver had also leaked inside the package and appeared to have melted the plastic casing it was in. Not major to me as I didn’t want it anyway but heads up to others.

Base coat Bottle has arrived broken and doesn’t close. This is really bad as it’s a strong polish with a strong smell. Bit too strong for a base coat I think. I Only received this today, First time using it. Powder seal was also opened on one of the tubs.. the base coat smells like a very strong glue and the broken stick has completely stuck to the brush holder with just the product. This shouldn’t be this strong. Definitely not legit products. Dangerous.

My first set bottle of base coat went thick and glupey very quick. S3nt me replacement and again baseboard bottle round neck was all crusty like it had been used. I can’t use a lamp so not a lot of choice for me

Difficult to use, I followed the instructions (even though I know how to use the dipping products) and the brushes got clogged up, quickly!!!, and the product did not set smoothly at all. Really clumpy, took loads to file into shape. Not a quick process, I’ve used better products.Wouldn’t recommend..... sorry 😣

Really disappointed with this product!! Extremely easy to use and directions are spot on!! The issue is that after half an hour it cracks like glass!! Shame as I was really excited as it looked great at first but as I said it looked like shattered safety glass...cracks all over every nail!!!

Dafür das ich das Puder zum ersten Mal verwendet habe bin ich echt zufrieden! Habe mir ein Video angeguckt wie man es verwendet! Ich denke mal je öfters man sowas macht umso besser wird das Ergebnis! Ich bin wirklich zufrieden!
