Appears to be a quality lite weight rainsuit
Looks like a quality lite weight rainsuit. Bought it specifically for my Alaskan cruise and excursions. Only disappointment was when I went to take it out of the storage pouch to try it on. There were two metal shards sticking out from the eyelet in the middle. The metal which was protruding from the eyelet and cut right into my hand. I just wanted to warn people to be careful when you open the storage pouch to make sure this doesn’t happen to you.

Absolutely awful. My husband’s pants ripped his first wearing them! I had to leave work and bring him another pair of pants.

They rip when you look at them
I had heard the durability wasn't great - but we were going to Alaska and I needed something that wouldn't break the bank to keep me dry. I am a bigger dude and the XXL size fit perfectly - plenty of room so it wasn't too tight - but within the first half mile of walking from our cabin to the boat I heard a rip, but didn't see where anything had torn; until we got to the boat and someone indicated that my crotch had ripped open. There was no running, no extra wear and tear, literally an old fat guy walking at a genial pace. The ONE thing I will say is that the material is good for keeping water out....or in my case in - during the ride our guide shored us on a low tide sand bar going way faster than we probably should have been going and I ended up having to push the boat back into the water and that meant going waist deep in the water. I was pretty dry up to that point, but as soon as the water hit that hole it was all over. The pants held the water in so well I had to be hoisted back into the boat where all that water then rushed back up and all over the boat through the hole in my crotch. Good times, thank you Frog Togs.

Even their official customer service can't get the description right. (pants are cinchable )
IF you treat it carefully, it'll last a few seasons. It's hands-down the optimization of price versus breathability and water proofness, but that's because its competitors of same price range and water proofness are just rubber suits with zero breathability -- this one is made of polypropylene plastic, albeit a membrane formulation that allows some vapor/gas transfer. If you have a friend who you want to take outdoors but they don't have rain gear, this suit is appropriate to purchase not only for them, but for yourself also, so your friend does not feel like a goofy baggy scare crow alone. Just bring repair tape especially if you're gonna bush wack. ---- the kicker is that on the Frogg Toggs website, this suit costs $45-50. which is too much for how easily a branch @ ankle-height will tear it up -- just be careful. The sizes run big, but that makes it warmer. Some ultralight backpacking enthusiasts swear by these! It probably isn't the best for biking, because you'll wear out the fabric on the ass-section.

Good quality and value for the price.
Lots of good features at a reasonable price; can't say how durable it is but if you only need it few time a year, its perfect; Cheaper ones I had tried had various issues, too long without elastic or velcro for the legs. And this set folds up and stores neat and compact, ready in my trunk for next need.

Bottoms suck
Top works great, but the bottom split/ripped the FIRST TIME I used them

Lot's of space inside.
This is my second set of this same model. I've had the other set for about 8 years. I've hung the jacket on barbed wire, and things. The barbed wire will poke a hole, but the material does not tear. I've kept this in my vehicle, exposed to Texas heat, and cold winters, and it stays good. I worked a job, where I would need to take the jacket on and off, about every hour, and the zipper has held up. The jacket has plenty of space inside, so I can wear it on top of another jacket. I can still have room across the shoulders, and arms, to work physically. The cord to draw the hood closed around your face works good in the wind. The hood has enough space inside, that I can wear it over a ball cap type of hat, and it's not too tight.

It works.
I was skeptical. Worried it was gonna be a big rip off. Even when it was unwrapped I was skeptical on it's durability . I tried it and on. And it went over my huge jacket ! Easy! The pants went over my pants easy ! It goes on over clothes easy. Next I went on a e bike ride to work in it. It was 25 mph winds and I just wore the jacket. My legs were cold but my upper body felt great 😄 later that night I was lot directing the spurs game and the winds picked up again! This time I threw the whole suit on easy. If you want to take shoes off before putting on pants that's your thing but I didn't want to drag dirt threw mine so I take shoes off before sliding on the leg part of suit over my pants, anyways. It worked like it should . The 25 mph wind and 36 degrees weather was no issue. Durability I think is not bad . I went out side and my nephew's pit bull was loose and she gets excited to see me every time. She ran at me and clawed the leg and the suit held. So it seems fairly strong for the cash spent. The suit is good. Not amazing . Not super fantastic . It's good. And that's the truth. On a budget but still want quality. This will work.

Prodotto sconsigliatissimo

Dont waste your money
When i received and took out of package i thought straight away i have made a mistake. The material is paper thin. It does look cool, sort of waxed and the color is nice. Size was way bigger than i expected, i followed sizing and it was huge. I should have returned straight away but i used it and the pants ripped first use!. I did not do anything but ride my road motorcycle.
