The bed is really nice , the instructions are awful have no clarity, no words even 😭 so difficult to put together after the first few steps. The company need to work on their instructions please!!!Ps: Follow the instructions PICTURE FOR PICTURE, if one bolt or piece is in the wrong place or upside down it’ll affect the whole bed, and you’ll have to start all over again. If it doesn’t fit perfectly into the slot, or position reposition it cause it’s in the WRONG place.

Fantastic product, took around 3 leisurely hours to put together with regular coffee breaks but I am a competent DIYer and there are a couple of headscratching moments, instructions are pictorial only ala IKEA so they can be used for a world purchase market, two bits of advice, DON'T fully tighten the nyloc nuts on the gas struts in case it locks them rigid, no instruction on this so I took the cautious route of fully tightening them then backing off half a turn, secondly there are about 50 or 60 Allen key bolts, tedious to hand tighten with the included two Allen keys, so what I did was hacksaw one of the Allen keys down so I could use the cut off straight bit in my electric screwdriver to wizz them up before fully tightening/nipping up with the other one, probably saved an hour and a lot of swearing and sore fingers (see picture). All in all a solid good looking product at a reasonable price, thanks to delivery lads also delivered in pouring rain and agreed to put the three boxes straight through the bungalow bedroom window for construction, hope that's helpful.

Bought for my granddaughter when she visits me. Very good purchase! I read many bad reviews and told to my son try to b patient as many people said so hard to assemble it . My son said do not talk to me in this case then don’t disturb me . I went to the allotment and after 1h 20 mins he txt me that all done ! He did on his own and the bed looks good and easy to open the storage. Also delivery was fast , good value for money

Assemmbley was slow but worth it in the end , stunning bed frame.So pleased with quality.Top tip.....have the 2 hydraulic arms in the upright position to put metal frame on to assemble.I think if they re wrote the instructions a little it would be a 5/5 every time.Best £150 ish pounds I have spent in a long time. Buy this product..👍

We ordered Brown but Black was sent and there were not enough fixings such as screws and bolts etc so we will have to try and buy them!!! Not good enough at all!

This is honestly a really great bed. It took me and my roommate a couple of hours to put up. The directions aren’t great but we understood them okay and there was no issues putting the bed up. Everything came with it including the Allen keys and wrenches you need to put it together. Really comfortable and really sturdy I really do recommend.

After faffing about to build this bed I realised the hydraulics DO NOT WORK, if I connect them the bed stays lifted, no amount of force can even budge them, also for actually putting the bed together a lot of the holes are poorly cut making it harder to line the bed up correctly, I had to drill a few more myself to make it work. Not the best bed but it will do until I buy one worth having.
