I bought this product as I, like so many now days, are trying to minimise plastic use. Although it seems expensive, it is actually worth it. I have only cut 2 pieces, which I use to cover my pyrex dishes, when I cook rice etc in my microwave. It works really well and I would even go as far as to say that it is better than using cling film.It washes easily and dries on the dish rack. Both pieces are still sticky even after numerous uses. I am very pleased with this purchase and as I have only been using 2 pieces, it is worth the money, as I have almost a whole roll left to use for many months to come.

I agree in part with other reviews that it takes a bit of skillful manoeuvring to wash and then replace on the backing sheet which is pretty essential to keep but so far I've used as clingfilm, on baking sheet and as 'grease proof paper' lining a cake tin and it's been brilliant and of course reusable. I love that each time that's less waste I'm putting in the bin so whilst I don't know how many uses I'll get out of each piece I'm pretty sure it will be enough to make it cost effective as well as environmentally friendly.

I really like this product, which I found when searching for alternatives to beeswax wraps, which get really manky after a while. Yes, it's hard to peel off the backing sheet. Yes, it's does stick to itself, but it is a lot less maddening than clingfilm when it's getting near the end of its roll. Here are my tips: 1. Cut into perhaps 3 different sizes, and identify the smallest and largest by putting a coloured plastic paperclip on a folded corner. 2. Because you can then see the size without having to flatten the sheets out, you can store them bunched up inside a plastic bag. 3. Wash with dishwashing liquid under a hot running tap, then immediately stick to the bottom edge of a kitchen cupboard, so that the sheet hangs down, and close the door.. The sheets dry really quickly, and the hotter they are the easier it is to straighten them out to dry. I find that the more you use them the easier they are to handle.

I'd been looking for an alternative to clingfilm for awkward shaped objects and this seemed ideal. It works almost exactly like clingflim although not quite as flexible as it is thicker. However, the pluses are also the minuses. Because it is so clingy it is almost impossible to wash and dry without it sticking to itself!

This is a great idea and works well but there are a few drawbacks. It comes on a plastic sheet and is very difficult to separate from the sheet. It is very clingy which is good bit makes it a bit tricky to use, clean and store. I have used it on baking sheet and a food cover.

Takes a little while to get used to how it behaves as it wants to cling to itself while you're moving it, but once you get the knack it's easy enough. Very impressed with how well it replaces both baking paper and food wraps, works in the freezer too.

Fiddly and difficult to use, and impossible to wash properly, this was an expensive waste of money. What a shame as the idea behind it is good.

I love this product - it is very stretchy, retains it's cling when washed. A perfect replacement for disposable clingfilm. I use it daily to cover a plate of salad for the next day. After washing I lay it flat on a tea towel and roll it up. This makes it really easy to use next time.

Works great in the microwave even at very high temperatures (I boild pumkin and peanuts for my parrot this way). Some complain it does not cling to the bowl as much as they like, but I don't really care. I'm covering food in an ecologically sustainable and healthy way; it's not containment of biohazardous material or something. I like it and I"ll buy more of it.

Schmiegt sich zwar super gut an alle Formen dicht an, ist aber nach der Reinigung schwer wieder auseinander zu falten.

C’est difficile d’enlever la protection. Au final le silicone fin est compliqué à manipuler car tres fin et collant mais surtout sur lui-même car il adhère mal aux autres supports et pour envelopper ne serait-ce qu’un demi citron c’est pas génial.

It's a good idea but is a little difficult to handle. It is easier after washing it and reusing. If it was just a little thicker it would have 5 stars

So happy to have found this product in my quest to reduce plastic and find alternatives. It took a little while to get used to because you need to peel off the clear sheet first and it is very clingy as cling film should be. But it does seal well and I can cut any size needed.
