Spigen Crystal Clear LG G3 Screen Protector with Crystal Film for LG G3

These covers are pretty much as described here. I typically prefer screen covers that use the wet application since they are easier to apply without dust specs getting trapped under. However they often don't have quite as sharp a look and seem to have conflicts with cases I use causing them to peel off on the edges. So decided to give Spigen's dry application Crystal CR protectors a try on my new G3.I had a little trouble lining up the cut outs trying to get them exactly centered and all. I'm glad there are 3 in a pack because I did go through a couple before I got it down. I suggest washing your hands first and making sure the surface you're working on has a fresh wipe to clean any debris that might find its way onto the screen. A trick I used for applying the cover was to first apply strips of scotch tape across the screen fully covering it after fully cleaning the screen. This is to help make sure I wouldn't have any dust specs on the screen when applying the protector. When the screen was covered with the tape strips, I got the cover ready to go and then removed the tape from the phone. I immediately peeled back the top of the back cover of the protector as instructed and applied it to the top of my screen. This is where you want to make sure you have it lined up correctly so you don't end up too far to the right or left as you move down the screen. Moving from top of the screen to bottom I peeled away the back and applied the cover. When I got to the bottom I had a strip of tape ready (or you can use the included stickers) and stuck it to the back of the cover so I would be able to easily lift the protector back without messing it up in case I found any dust under between the protector and screen. Fortunately I did not and then removed the tape strip and pressed down on the protector to remove bubbles and help it stick to the screen.I really love the sharp clear look of this screen protector and have had zero issues with it. I would definitely consider buying again for my next phone.

Crystal clear, precise cutouts, nice feel. I have a tight fitting case and this works well with it, no lifting at the edges. Just a couple of things keeping it from being a 5 star product. The squeegee was missing from my package, so I had to improvise with my driver's license wrapped in the cloth. It worked fine, but it would've been nice to have the squeegee. Also, I'm glad it came with 3 in the pack because I needed all of them. The first one had a big dent in the middle, so it was unusable. While applying the second, the sticker meant to grip & remove the front protective layer ripped right off. I was left trying to pry the protective layer off with my fingernails, which didn't work out. The third, thankfully, went on without incident. I don't anticipate needing to replace this screen protector any time soon, but I would've liked to have had at least one spare.

Great, easy to apply. Put on one after a quick wipe with the microfiber cloth and had zero bubbles or dust underneath, but it was about 1mm off and wouldnt apply 100% in the top right corner. took it off, tried to line it back up but it was ruined with dust. Second one, wiped screen, lined it up, perfect. I like that it doesn't fit 100% perfectly and allows for a bit of user error in the placement. Feels great to use, no drag or grit, doesnt distort the screen in any way. Feels like glass. Only issue is that it shows fingerprints very badly and seems to attract dust. That's fine since you can just wipe it off quick. But you can't wipe off scratches on the big beautiful screen so I'd recommend these as a great cheap option.

Have a Spigen screen protector on my old phone (HTC One M7) and it's held up great for 1.5 years. Just got a G3 last week and put the Spigen screen protector on it too. Messed up the first one because I I was wearing a sweatshirt and kept readjusting the protector. Too much lint from my sweatshirt ended up under the screen protector. What I've found to work best is to apply the protector to the screen in one smooth deliberate fashion using the squeegee to squeeze the bubbles out. My package came with the microfiber cloth, but no squeegee so I wrapped the cloth around an old credit card. Four stars. Would've been five if the squeegee were included like it was supposed to be.

Went on easier and better than other screen protectors I've tried. It is still difficult to do it perfectly with no dust or bubbles, but they all are in my experience. I've had it on my phone for a little over a month and it is not smudgy or scratched up, pretty good considering I keep my phone in my pocket. (I use it combined with an Incipio case so the edges of the screen protector are under the case). It does seem to darken the screen a bit but it is hard to tell without putting the phone side-by-side with another unprotected one for comparison. 5 stars relative to every other screen protector I have used.The real question is why can't the phone companies design a screen that doesn't need one of these! Or a phone with a tougher body that doesn't need a case, for that matter. Grumble, grumble, grumble.

The screen protectors by spigen are always pretty good. These are inexpensive but seem to do a good job. I think they will protect the screen just like any other protector but they do eventually get scratched and need to be replaced (maybe once a year depending on your use). But for a 3 pack at $10 you cant beat it. It does make the screen a touch less sensitive but its not really that noticeable. The feeling of the screen with the protector and without are pretty close as well.

Super clear, great clarity. Cuts are very unnoticeable. I prefer the screen protectors with dry installation.A tip for those who install these, please read the included instructions. When I applied them myself, I knew I would get dust particles under the screen. They provide stickers, to help lift the screen protector and to use to get the dust particles out. Regular scotch tape works just as well.Use the sticker to lift up the screen protector where you see the dust particle and use another sticker to remove the dust (can be on the device or stuck on the screen protector). Keep going until all the dust particles have been removed. Take your time and it should be perfect.

Quite easy to install, only got a couple very small bubbles that are hardly noticeable on my first try. Screen does not seem hampered functionality wise by the protection. It does need to be cleaned more frequently than some other ones that I have used though.

Moreover, it did not develop any scratches (minor or major) in the 8+ months I had it on my Nexus. Hence it was the first choice for my G3 as well.Comes with a lint free cloth, dust removal stickers, Spigen code card (for online product authenticity testing) and 3 separately packed screen protectors.Application is easy if you have experience in applying screen protectors. The finish is almost invisible unless seen closely from the edges. Has precise cut-outs for the front camera lens and earpiece. Everything else is perfectly covered by the protector.I managed to get a tiny dust speck under the protector while installing. Used the dust removal sticker and it was 100% effective in removing the particle!It does not interfere with the LG QuickCircle case either. I cannot say if or not any other case will meddle with this protector as I don't use any case for my phone.All in all, it is by far the most perfect dry apply screen protector I have ever used. It may come across as slightly expensive but you do get 3 pieces for the price. In case you have friends/family with the same phone, it comes out to a very reasonable price! Plus, it lasts really long without peeling/scratching/yellowing and I doubt I would need the 2 additional protectors during the time I have the G3 with me!

At the time of getting the phone, there was not a lot of choice for accessories as it had just launched, but I know the Spigen name having used their products before so took a punt on these. Arrived very well packaged so as not to bend.Application on the phone was easy, perfected on the second try after I got the first attempt wonky (my fault). The protectors are virtually invisible, very clear and so far hardwearing. Good quality item from a good name.
