Great Ice maker
The ice machine is very quiet while making ice ,the ice when made tastes very clean ,once you set it up the only time you need to mess with it is to add water or to get ice very easy to figure out.

Faulty unit and poor customer service
The original ice maker broke within 2 months. The seller did replace it only to break again 9 months later. The seller has been unresponsive to a replacement. The unit and the seller get one star from me.

Less than 1 year old and stopped working
The machine itself has been noisy. Purchased Aug 2021 and no longer works. Also, sent email to support and that email no longer exists -- [email protected]

Didn’t last long
It worked great at first. We are out on our 3rd camping trip & hubby can’t get it to work.
