Unbelievably useful
I had a somewhat unique install process as I had already built a 4'x4' torsion box assembly table that I did not want to cut into, but wanted a flush install. I ended up constructing a base for the roughly 5" inch thick top that extended out an additional 2.5 inches on the sides the rails were to be installed. I then layered and affixed plywood on top of this overhang to reach the desired height. In the top strip of plywood I bored out the holes on the drill press at the correct spacing and for the included hardware, the layer below that I notched out at increments to make room for the through bolt and nut. All these layers were just glued together and also glued to the base, and it seems to be holding up just fine to the clamping tension. This has been my experience:Pros:-Infinite clamping pressure with Kreg Trak System.-So nice having the clamps positioned in the trak ready for use not lying all over the workspace.-L-shaped configuration is fantastic for square assemblies.-Having used a mounting cleat I was able to take over to the drill press, I found the hole alignment to be a breeze. Using a hand drill at the table I can imagine being much harder.Cons:-Takes more effort to assemble, but I dont see that as a product flaw really. Its a heavy duty solution that will require some upfront thought and effort.- Mounting hardware only included for the long rail. Seen this in other reviews also. What in the world is that about? Just a trip to the hardware store though, so not a biggie.A couple other notes that I would not list as Pros or Cons:-Yes, you will need to spend more money on Clamps. I would get several in both the smaller and larger size so plan on a couple hundred extra bucks.-You should definitely buy Kreg Klamp Blocks. At under $20 they are a must-have if you have tracks at a right angle they make aligning right angle joints waay easier.Bottom line: I tried assembling my pocket hole face frames before with a bunch of Kreg clamps, pocket hole clamps, etc. and it did not go well. These clamp tracks along with clamps and spacer blocks made it 1000 times easier to control movement in all directions while securing the joint and absolutely worth the price paid. Assembly has always been one of the most frustrating parts of the project for me and these make the hobby more enjoyable.

Talk about heavy duty
Finally got around to building my assembly table with the planned addition of the Kreg Clamp Track and I am loving it. These tracks are so heavy duty, sure heavier than any t-track I've used. And since they are mounted from underneath, they are not going to bow under use, or pull up, not like t-track.I have several cabinets to build and doing the face frames are going to go so much easier and faster. Not to mention all the things I can clamp down on the table. The install went fine for me. I used a small adjustable square to draw the lines per the instructions. Marked the holes as per the directions. Used a center punch to keep my drill bit from wandering. Drill them all and done. After adding all the bolts and nuts, the track slide in with little problem. I mounted the tracks to 3/4" MDF and the bolts were just the right size. Like others have said, they do come with so many bolts, so be prepared. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. Some might say they are pricey, but you do get what you pay for with these. I think they are worth it. The real pricey part comes when you buy all the clamps and accessories to get the most out of these tracks. My only criticism is, I wish you could buy all the track separately. I really wanted the 6' and the 33", but you can not buy them like that. So the 33" is on my wish list and I'll find some where else to to use the 27" piece.

Made my new workbench exponentially better!
Adding these Clamp Traks to the design of my new mobile workbench was one of the best decisions I made for my workshop. Not difficult to install after watching videos from others who installed them on their workbenches. I added a few clamps and I have so much more versatility over my previous bench to cut wood, carve dados, and - of course - clamp items as I assemble and glue. Most highly recommended!

Heavy duty, precision tracks - some flush mount applications may require a work-around
These tracks are stout. They are heavy-duty and have a heft to them that makes you question whether they really are aluminum.A couple of observations if you intend to utilize the tracks in a flush mount application. Unless you have a 2-1/4" overhang with your underlying plywood or MDF base (i.e. access from the bottom), you will not be able to utilize Kreg's nut, bolt and washer installation. My table top does not have such an overhang, and since there is a wood frame support underneath, there was no room on the outermost edge for Kreg's nut, bolt and washer installation. No worries, as I reasoned I would just use hangar bolts for the outside fasteners, and the Kreg supplied hardware for the inside. After I installed the first set, I became nervous when I saw how little tolerance exists in the nut/bottom track installation. I took my time, measured the distances, marked the locations and used an awl to start my drill holes. Even with the tight tolerances, both tracks fit, and by being able to tighten the tracks to the surface using the inside Kreg hardware, these tracks are going nowhere. There is significant hardware provided, two sets of nuts, bolts and washers for installation every six inches. One of my tracks had some minor damage (see 2nd picture), but it was on the bottom side and did not impact the installation. The clamps are another product, but it looks like the tracks will certainly be a solid base for the clamps.

Hardware missing for installation
The Kreg traks are great, but the hardware to install them is missing from the package. Hopefully the seller can send me the hardware.
