Great medium sized gear bag.
The bag works great although it is smaller than my previous bag. I'm able to fit my tools (Allen wrenches, tire levers, CO2 kit) and two extra tubes in the bag. I did have remove a patch kit that just wouldn't fit. The thing that has been most useful is the easy removal/install. I've had more than one occasion where I've needed to remove the bag (flats, transport) and it takes just one second to do.One small complaint is the screw used to adjust the angle of the bag comes loose once in a while which allows the bag to swing free slightly. I would suggest a small dab of lock-tight (or Elmer's glue) on the threads to keep it secure.

New ICS clip on bag stinks
I had an old Fizik bag with an old style ICS clip that lasted for years that was one of my favorite saddle bags ever so I decided to give this one a try despite the bad review. The new clip on the bag is terrible. It uses a pressure based "clip" instead of the old style that actually clicked in. It fell off the first ride on relatively smooth roads. I put it back on and it fell off again really quickly. Im lucky I didn't lose it. I decided to try pushing it in a little harder and the clip broke (but I did wedge it in to the point that it was stuck and didn't fall off again). It's really ashame because the old bag with the old style clip was great. Looks like I'll be using a different brand saddle bag from now on.

I can easily fit 2 tubes
Using the Hex Key provided I had no problems adjusting this saddle bag. It stays firm and doesn't bounce around much. Roomy too; I can easily fit 2 tubes, 2 CO2 canisters, a small CO2 adapter, tire levers, and a multitool inside. My only gripe is that the plastic feels cheap. In the unlikely event that there is torsion applied to the bag I'm not sure it would hold up.

Perfect small bag for Fizik saddles.
The beauty of this setup is you really only need 1 saddle bag and can simply move it from bike to bike if you are using Fizik saddles in your entire stable. I never really liked the way the previous generation small saddle bag from Fizik stuck way out and even took one apart at the rivets to make it more UNDER the saddle, with limited success. Enter the new design of the small bag which tucks in perfectly and is far less obvious. Storage is about the same as the old (size small) bag although the zipper is oriented differently. So, it holds one ultralight 700c tube, a box of self-adhesive patches, a mini-tool, and a plastic baggie with money. You could probably shoehorn a single CO2 cylinder and valve in there too. I'm not a fan of CO2 but that's a different story. It does not have a band to mount a tail-light but the current crop of super bright rechargeable LED tails (blinder etc) mount better to frames and posts than flopping around on a seat bag anyway. The medium and larger sized bags are not tucked in as neatly under the saddle. I suppose with their volume this is not possible without some contact with the inner thighs.-edit: approximately 8,000 miles later, attached to 3 different bikes with the ICS system, including a CX bike on gravel, it has remained securely clipped in. You do need to make sure it is shoved ALL THE WAY into the slot in the saddle until it clicks.-edit 2: after approximately 20,000 miles a few teeth of the zipper broke. It could still be closed but left a small gap so time for a replacement. In all of those years, it never once fell off the bike though I do take it off when its on a car rack. I do wonder if the problems others are having are related to how much weight is packed into the bag? I have only 150g in there. If you're carrying more a stronger mounting system with velcro may be better.-edit 3: the zipper broke again after about another 20,000 miles. Sadly, Fizik has discontinued the ICS bag. I bought the velcro strap version, cut off the straps and riveted the ICS clip to the new bag. There is something just so cool about this tiny bag with such a clean mounting system. Wish they hadn't stopped making it.

Could be bigger, zipper is weak spot
A decent bit of kit, smaller than I'd hoped for and the manner of entry can make getting to things in the side mesh pocket rather inconvenient at times. All in in all though the ICS clip method of attachment works fine and has lasted through many miles of roads and trails plus 1 BWR. What has happened after a year and a half is the zipper has begun to fail and now I need to find a suitable replacement.

Poorly designed and unusable
Like everyone else has said, the pivot point cannot be tightened enough to keep the bag from flopping around. Also, the ICS connection point, as well as the plastic frame connection to the bag itself, are very loose and let the bag bounce around. I was hoping that the ICS system would eliminate all of the velcro issues and loose connection points of other saddle bags, but it's not meant to be. This bag certainly isn't up to snuff and can't even pass as average.

Great Bag - but the small might be large enough
I got the medium and it is larger than I expected. I had owned an older style of a Fizik saddle bag in medium, and I could barely fit a tube, CO2 cartridge, tire lever, and multi-tool. I think you could fit two tubes in this one. I have a Light and Motion vis 180 light (the BEST - you owe it to yourself to get one) mounted on my seatpost. If my bike were any smaller, the bag might render the light useless. As it is, my light is visible to approaching cars, but the bag acts to shield the eyes of the rider on my wheel. If they fall back too much, it is isblocks the light from the eyes of the rider on my wheel, which is a good thing since the vis 180 is so bright.

I thought it would be better
I want to like this, I have the seat for the clip, but the snap on and off is horrid- You can't hear a click and trying to hit the button to disengage, is just plain unfriendly. I am still using it, but I can't like it anymore than 2 stars
