Easy to use sounded good and the quality for the price is fairBut I’m sorry to say my one was second hand not brand new and was used in a manner to facilitate fraud and impersonationSo I have to say give this product a wide birth as it will be used as a tool in a manner to attack

sound does not go high enough for me to hear voices
Phone looks good but for me (and we have tried) to make the sound loud enough for us to hear the voices on incoming calls

The box arrived open bottom off box open no batteries in the box . very dissapointed. sent back

Not impressed
The screen is a fluorescent blue and it makes it very difficult to read any caller details showing. The lettering is also poor which does not help and should be thicker.My last phone, BT4500, was much better and wish I had bought a similar version to that.
