Works for my husky
I bought the size 2 (red) for my heeler but it was too big and he pulled it off really easy. I already had the size 3 (black) for my husky but I tried the size 2 because I couldn't find the 3. The 2 fit him but he noticed it on his face more than the 3 because it's tighter around his nose. But they both dramatically reduce pulling. I could hardly walk my husky before the Halti and now we can go on walks almost perfectly. It still takes time to teach them not to pull on it because I don't like him walking in front of me. But after persistence he finally learned to take it easy by my side.

Great harness ~ Poor Material
Great harness... snugs up to her nose nicely... and because of this I use it MORE than I do the "Love my Dog" Harness. ... It does have it downfalls .... the make of it is cheap....It seems like a "second" ... as......the neck strap seems to be reversed...I have to twist the other strap prior to clasping it....which brings me to another issue with the harness. ..The clasp feels cheap...like it will break at any time...I have to be very careful when clasping her .... having the strap that hooks to Her collar helps. and I must say She doesn't slip out of it...like she does the Love my Dog Collar harness.

This product works!
This made our walks so much more enjoyable. Lucy walks next to me perfectly when she wears her Halti. I barely have to tug the leash to get her attention. Super easy to place on her and comfortable. She did try to take it off while walking but I noticed she does this less every walk. She is 50lbs Lab/Aussie mix and wears a size 2.*She was getting snowflakes on her eyelashes in the picture

Greatest Thing Since Sliced Bread!
Whoever invented this for dogs did a great service for people like me. My 65 lb super strong dog could pull me off balance on her leash if she suddenly rushed after something, such as a another dog or squirrel. Being of a certain age and having osteoporosis, this was a big concern of mine when walking Jessie. I remembered using the Halti years ago for another dog of a similar disposition and size and it working wonders, so got another one, and after the first few times of trying to lie down and rub it off, she has adjusted to it very well, and now walking her is a pleasure!

Better than the Gentle Leader
Used a Gentle Leader with my dog for years and we both hated it. This is a much better design. Doesn’t have the clasp under the chin so he tolerates it much better.

Good quality
Pup keeps taking it off but I love the Halti company and their leash products. I am still learning to use this 100% perfectly. This is good quality. I wish there was a gentle leader collar that doesn’t make the dog look vicious though because these collars look like muzzles.

Dog managed to chew through it, I sewed it ...
Dog managed to chew through it, I sewed it, chewed through it again while walking. You can't even visualize that the dog has managed to get to a piece of it and poof, it's gone!!!

Warning: They run large.
I ordered a size 3 which was advertised as being for a Cocker. I have a Cockapoo the size of a Cocker and it was too large. Advice to buyers...they apparently run large. I've used a Halti before when my Cockapoo was a puppy and it works well. So I recommend the product but caution about the size. All my dog had to do was shake her head and the muzzle strap of the Halti fell off. Also the collar was too large and could not be sized small enough.

Stops dog from giving you a walk!!
This is a great COLLAR for dogs that pull on the lead. I had tried the Halti harness which helped a bit but my cocker spaniel still pulled. From the first time I used this, it worked well. He no longer pulls my arm out when going for a walk! Sometimes he manages to pull off the part which goes round his mouth, but easy to slip back on. Read the instructions to learn how to put it on. It doesn't hurt my dog and he can still eat with it on if he wanted to. Has been a great purchase and I would definitely recommend it.

Bit disappointed with the quality
I bought this head collar for my young Alaskan Husky who, as she is trained to pull on a harness, has to wear a head collar when being walked. In the past we have used a basic figure of 8 lead however recently decided to upgrade to a Halti. Not much of an upgrade though! We've not had it long and already the piece that you attach the lead to has worn away. It's simply because the circular ring that it runs through does not have a smooth edge, therefore it's constantly rubbing against a corner and so it's no surprise that it's now wearing away. I would say this product is not for someone with a strong dog who needs to wear the head collar a lot - which is a shame as I was under the impression that was exactly what it was for!

Life changing
This is a must if you have a persistent puller, I've tried every type of collar, lead and harness and this is the only thing that works for our Springer, it's easy to put on once you know how, we use it with a short lead and its taker her a short while to get used to it but it really works to stop pulling and walks are enjoyable now instead of stressful, cant recommend it enough!

Incorrect sizing
Sizing is not accurate, I returned as it did not fit my dog even after measuring him. He hated this going on him anyway. Not sure I would of been able to walk him around with this on even if it did fit.Durability - very well made, thus will last you a life time and can be adjusted, however eve. After adjusting it to the smallest size it still didn’t fit my fella.Ease of use - it is so easy to put on and understand how it works unlike some of the halternecks.

Unbelievably shoddy
Our 7-month-old Labradoodle pup got this into his mouth and bit through it the first time it was used. Yes, bit - not chewed. The material is that flimsy. Save your money and buy a Gencon collar/lead instead. We’re going back to Gencon. And of course the double-ended Halti lead we bought to go with the Halti head-harness is now useless too. If I could give this no stars I would. Not only a waste of money but so flimsy as to be unsafe.
