I was taking vitamin B complex supplements from other company , after seeing its contents, thought of trying this product from this company for the first time.Normally when I take vitamin B - my urine color will be Bright YellowI ordered two bottles one for me and one for my mother - my mother normally get cramps in legs so if she takes B-Complex, she does not get these crampsThese capsules had no effect on her cramps, useless productI was taking other companies vitamin B - with about 1/4th the contents this company is telling written on their bottleIt seems that they have mentioned wrong ingredients in the bottleAlso it is written on the bottle cover that - These Statements have not been evaluated by FDAQuality of the bottle as well as capsules looks cheap - Capsules are of green colorI have opened 1 capsule to check the content, Capsules - Looks like of plastic not gelatin - Check the picture yourselfYou people have no rights to play with our healthLooks like they have imported in bulk from China and just packing in bottles and selling it

It doesn't turn urine yellow like normal b complexSo dont know whether its working or not ...

I'm am not sure how affective these B vitamins are but I certainly don't like the bright green capsules. I have dissolved one empty capsule in water which has subsequently turned green. I am not sure if this colour is artificial or natural. On the jar it says 100% natural but that may only apply to the contents of the capsule.
