Item arrived quickly, and cannot fault postage. I have purchased the same item from a different retailor in the past (wrong colour was sent, but I kept it anyway, as I was happy with it, and I required the desk for work, despite the robustness, not being the best; hence me re-ordering via Amazon).The item I received via my Amazon, I noted that there were abrasions and chips on the surface, and that item arrived with a film of black dust/sediment on the desktop and the legs. Informed Daals of the chips on surface, and was informed that I was required to send photos; my refund request was approved. I was than informed by Daals, that I would have to pay and source, the return postage; rendering my refund virtually pointless, as I would still need to buy a desk, in addition to being £10 out of pocket due to delivery costs. I believe that Daal's does this on PURPOSE, to avoid REFUNDING people their money, allowing them to send out whatever shoddy products they like; as a result, I believe that the sensible choice for me, is to keep the desk, and hope that it doesn't fall apart like the previous desk. POOR customer service. Poor QUALITY control. AVOID

Easy to put away and assembling was so simple, a kid could do. Because it folds the way it does it means that if you push with a bit of force on the table, where it folds gives a way a bit so you may think the table will start to collapse but because the legs are securely placed into brackets under the table, the table hasn't collapsed on me. And after using it for over a month my monkey brain is used to not leaning too heavily on it to create this situation. It's possible that all tables that fold the way this one does has this situation, so I do not want to blame the seller or the item, it's just one of those things with these designs perhaps. However, the material and sturdiness of the table is excellent. I recommend it. Using it in my living room to do 'office' work during lockdown is now looking more professional and in the evening the table disappears to hide all evidence I've been in the room for 7 hours..

I have seen some reviews that suggest that the top can be damaged and the quality is variable.my desk arrived well packaged and in good order. The quality of the veneer is not as good as the walnut finish on my wall shelves – but they ran to 4 figures as opposed to 30 quid! The desk is not completely solid, but it folds easily and is fairly lightweight so it can be put up in the sitting room and easily folded away and put behind another piece of furniture when done. It is just big enough to fit a laptop, A4 pad and a small lamp and has been doing its job nicely as an occasional desk to use when I'm feeling sociable. Latterly it has also been pressed into service as a school desk and seems to be standing up to that task better than I have any right to expect. I am very happy with it at the price and in these days of post-apocalyptic homeschooling it has been worth its weight in gold!

Working from home I needed to get a desk and chair. This desk works great for me and fits in perfectly in my little room.It came in perfect condition, with no scratches or visible damage. I do wish it was a bit more sturdy, but as it's against my wardrobe, it's not too much of an issue for me. However, If you don't have anything to rest it against, it may be something to consider.I love how there was no assembly required, just flip the legs out and you're good to go. One of the main reasons why I bought this table was that I could put the table down, but as it fits so well, I don't feel the need to do so.Delivery exceeded my expectations, I ordered on the 30th Dec and due to bank holidays etc, the estimated deliverary date was between the 7th and 11th. The desk was delivered to me on the 3rd!Very happy with my new desk, a great purchase!

I ordered two on two occasions.Delivery was great for both - arrived before expected date. The package was in good condition. The price differed (second time higher) which was sad but I didn't want to purchase from another brand.Super easy to assemble and pack away -something we need to do in our house as we just do not have the space to leave it open.It wobbles slightly but its not that noticeable. If it was on a hard floor then it may not be noticeable but I've not tested this.It's enough space for an A5 notebook, 16" laptop on a stand, extended keyboard and mouse, (bowl and bottle for on it too but can make the table feel cramped) - must for working from home safely. Otherwise a laptop and notepad will fit nicely.Would highly recommend for those with lack of space

Ordered this to fit in a very tight space in my lounge (short on space) couldn’t wait for it to arrive, didn’t wait that long!When it arrived I was expecting to have to put it all together but.. to my surprise, it was already done for me! All I did was lift the table part up, slot the legs in & it was done!Fits perfectly, love the design! Love the fact that I can fold it away whenever needed.Lovely colour, space saving, nice quality!Downsides: the table space is quite small, after putting my printer on it, key board & iPad, there’s no more room for anything else.It does wobble, not very stable (checked my floor it’s level) but a a piece of paper underneath the legs help!Other than the two downsides I love it!It looks perfect in the space & will be used a lot.
