I am not a techie person but with the help of AI, I was able to put together an important 200-slide Powerpoint on my lap top. The HDMI cable from my TV to my Roku had been on the fritz for several months. I'd be watching something and suddenly everything would go black and the Roku would restart. A little Googling told me it could be a faulty cable so I ordered this one. Now, my fault, I didn't read the *length* of this cable before I placed my order. When it arrived it was way too long for my needs. I attempted to return it but Amazon told me to keep it so I figured I may as well use it. Since replacing my old cable with this one I have had no further connectivity/restarting issues. It's a perfectly fine product that will save you some money over brand names. It remains too long for me and can be seen hanging limply behind the TV, but I don't want to attempt to bundle it to shorten it and risk messing up the wiring in the cable. And looking at the extra length is better than looking at a black/restarting TV, so I live with it. No real complaints other than my not reading how long it was in the first place!

THIS.... Is Amazon basics HDMI cable... and I can say that it is the best quick option for a nice HDMI cable at any length you could need! Let me clear the air on some HDMI misconceptions real quick - HDMI cables have nothing to do with whatever version of HDMI your tv has be it HDMI 1.4 , 2.0 , 2.1 or 2.2 as that is the PHYSICAL port on the tv, soundbar, GPU or what have you - the cable is merely the transporter from one thing to the other and either work or doesn't. There is no need for a higher 'grade' of cable as there is nothing you can do to the cable to make it transmit data better. I am sure that Bestbuy would love to sell you on 1000 reasons their $150 cable makes your colors better, but that is all marketing. This is exactly like charging your phone, the cable doesn't charge your phone faster as it is all in the block plugged into the wall - this is the same principle as the cable is merely passing the data. The non-braided cable and endpiece are really well-constructed out of generic rubber-ish material, they are ever so slightly stiff, but are otherwise perfect for any need you could have! There is no issue slotting them next to each other either as the head of the plug maintains a slim profile. I recommend this HDMI cable to anyone in need of one! The price is unbeatable for an HDMI cable, and you will be wasting your money on anything more expensive as this is about as good as it gets(unless you HAVE TO HAVE a braided cable). Once again another reason to have high expectations from an amazon brand as this is another example of a great Amazon Essentials product! REMEMBER!! Your cable is only as good as your HDMI port, so this cable can do 1080p, 4k and more! Editing this with future knowledge: Cables do matter and you need an appropriate cable for your respective needs. A DP 2.1 cable is needed for DP 2.1 speeds, same for HDMI 2.0+ and it DOES matter and WILL change the output, stability and desired end goal.

J'ai acheté la version 3 mètres pour environ 8 € et je suis très satisfait. Le câble fonctionne parfaitement en 4K 60 Hz, sans coupure ni problème de signal. Les connecteurs tiennent bien en place et le câble inspire confiance. Ce que j'apprécie surtout avec la gamme Amazon Basics, c'est qu'on évite les produits bas de gamme vendus sous des marques inconnues, mais sans pour autant payer le prix de grandes marques. On obtient généralement un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Pour ce type de produit, je préfère acheter un Amazon Basics : je sais que j'aurai un câble fiable, conforme aux caractéristiques annoncées et vendu à un prix raisonnable. Si vous cherchez simplement un bon câble HDMI sans dépenser inutilement, c'est un excellent choix.

Ran this HDMI cable through a bulkhead from an AVR to a projector. I've had it for a few months now and it still works great. Picture quality seems pretty standard - I've never really noticed a difference in picture quality depending on HDMI cable. The cord itself is quite thick, although this made it easier for me to pass through the wall and makes me feel like the cable might hold up longer over time. The cable fits secure at both ends and doesn't jiggle. If you're looking for a cable at this length and don't have an issue with the thickness of the cable itself, this is a great buy.

Necesitaba un cable hdmi y no me quería gastar mucho dinero. Fui a varias tiendas como mediamarkt, worten... En todas estaban carisimos, hasta que decidí buscar aquí. Necesitaba un cable para mi ps4 y he de decir que no tenía muchas esperanzas, ya que es un cable relativamente barato, pero he de decir que cumple a la perfección y es un producto totalmente solvente. Los materiales no son lo mejor del mundo, pero es un plástico de alta calidad, a años luz de otros hdmi del chino que he tenido. Si te ha servido esta valoración, me ayudaría mucho que me la marcaseis como útil en el botón de abajo. Muchas gracias.

Thick and strong cable. The quality is worth so much more than the price. I'm using it for my PC monitor, but it says it is an HDMI cable with an ETHERNET, so I'm not sure what is the recommended use for it.
