This stuff works great for me. I have LAPR and this doesn't give me any symptoms. I'm using about half a scope and still feel the effects. Not strong flavorful burps which is awesome.

I use these primarily before weightlifting workouts, but once in a while prior to other physical activity like mountain or road cycling or something like that. I typically use PWOs with caffeine since I tend to workout in the morning. In recent years though, I have started using PWOs without stimulants on days when I consume caffeine elsewhere, or if I am working out later in the day.I really like MuscleTech's Shatter. The serving size is reasonable (it is not a massive scoop of powder), it mixes easily in a blander bottle with just a bit of shaking, and the flavor I tried (Gummy Burst) is pretty good - a fruity flavor that doesn't really resemble gummy bears too much, but has no nasty aftertaste or anything like that. Flavor is probably a 7 or 8 out of 10.Effectiveness is very good. Solid pump and improved vascularity. They claim an "8 hour pump", I'm not sure I noticed a pump that lasted quite that long, but it was present for at least several hours. I felt fairly focused on my workouts, though not to the level that I feel with a PWO that does have stimulants. This does not give me a huge energy boost, but I would not expect that with no stimulants.Ingredients are a mixed bag. It contains Sucralose, Ace-K, and artificial colors, none of which are really necessary. I particularly dislike having artificial colors since they add absolutely nothing to a product like this (who cares if your drink is clear or some fake shade of red??).Price is very reasonably at just over a dollar per servings ($35 for a bottle with 30 servings at the time of this review).I will definitely be using the rest of this bottle and would consider purchasing in the future. If the artificial ingredients are not a top concern to you, this is a very good stim-free PWO. Knocking off a single star due to this, but still rate this a solid 4 stars.

I've been lifting weights for over 20 years and have tried nearly every over-the counter product on the market, so when this showed up I had to give it a go. I'm glad I did! I'm not caffeine sensitive or anything as I drink coffee daily, but I prefer my pre-workout to be caffeine free because I like to work out at night. The N.O. is real! I get huge pumps when using this! I've not seen this result since before Jacked and -Xplode (not their real names, but those who know, know) changed their formula. I got the Gummy Bear flavor, thinking LOL-no way it's going to be good- but it is! I will use this entire container! If I get any long-term negatives, like extra poops like with other brands, then I'll come back and update this. So far so.. AMAZING!

It’s tasted soooo bad and didn’t work for me at all. Waste of money..

The pump is noticeable, barely starting into my workout and my muscles felt more noticable swollen.The only complaint is that the smell is terrible and the taste is not entirely great. Imagine eating a pack of gummies that's been left out in the scorching Texas heat and smells like stale Takis.

My husband got this as he attempts to build back a workout routine with how things are now and has started to explore things he can use such as this. What drew him to this product is that he was familar with the brand name and of course the said flavor of "Gummy Bears". Upon his first use I knew he liked this and he was only using a protein one before this and wasnt really for a pre-workout but now since getting this he loves it. His impressions on this is:You will definitely get hype off of thisTaste deliciousEasy to mixDefinitely would recommend this brand and this flavorSo overall thou he wasnt for a pre-workout before now and was strict about this after giving this a try he loved it and uses it often.

This preworkout gives a nice boost of energy. My husband is usually sensitive to preworkouts and gets jittery but not with this one. If you have difficultly with preworkout jitters this is a good choice as it is totally stimulant free. I also like that the ingredients aren’t just a bunch of chemicals, but actually come from plant based sources. Muscle Tech is a well known brand and their products have worked for my husband in the past.As far as taste, flavor is definitely on the sweet side. The Gummy burst flavor is pretty sweet and tart so I recommended mixing it with the required 12oz if not more to dial down the taste a bit. All in all this is good choice for a preworkout energy boost without all the jitters.

Again, describing my personal opinion....Stim Free Pre Workout | MuscleTech Shatter Pumped 8 does not contain caffeine...so it does not give you a "boost" of energy. But it is contains bunch of vegetable extracts.In my personal opinion, I did not notice any boost in "pump" (whatever it is) maybe because I am not an elite athlete?I personally would prefer to eat all those fruits and vegetables included in this package - benefits? - weight loss - included fiber will make me fuller, and taking in less empty calories.- tastier - I'm not into "soylent green" type of stuff.- how do I know if the "active" ingredients are still active? Many are deactivated by heat etc.So in my personal opinion, save your money.
