Crock-Pot 7-Quart Programmable Slow Cooker with Little Dipper Warmer, Stainless Steel

I too received the wrong product. I hadn't used this since I purchased it back in July of 2019. I just used it without even knowing then thought about it for a second, that this isn't what I had ordered. I looked at the pic from my order, then called Amazon customer service, with the pic saved on my phone ready for them to ask for proof. They were extremely understanding and returned my money, without the pic, even 2+ years from the time I purchased. They do have amazing customer service.As for the crock pot, it doesn't heat as well as my older crock that is probably 15-20 years old. It's half broken and falling apart, but I still used it in lieu of this one. When I go to replace I won't probably get the metal one, or even one with the hole in the lid, I'll revert to the older style since it cooks in prob 1.5-2x faster. Even if when cooking the lid sounds like it's literally falling off, lol.

At first it has a chemical smell- a very strong one due to whatever coats the heater thing. HOWEVER that goes away within an hour or two of use. Worth the purchase. Great size. Love it and am so happy to have it. I had a Hamilton beach brand before this that I broke after 5 years of use and was heartbroken so my hubby bought a new one for me. I was hesitant because I LOVED my old one but this one is slightly bigger and it came with a sauce pot!

So far the only thing we have noticed is when you select the pot to warm position it seems to stay cooking instead of just keeping your recipe warm like our last Crock pot did. You need to keep your eye on it to prevent over cooking.

I really like the pot, though first they sent me a wrong one and i had to return it and thankfully the agent i spoke to made a replacement order and got the pot i wanted. Other than that like the pot so far

Original. First created. Best made. Here is the original Crockpot. This thing can do and cook anything. Roasts, Soups, cakes, you name it. It’s especially great for winter months. Load your dinner into pot, cook slow. Come home and voila! Dinner awaits you. You need this pot. It’s amazing. My grams crockpot stayed on mostly all winter. I love this pot!

Gave as a gift to our daughter. She has used it multiple times and says it works great. Large capacity.

A great buy from the Amazon Treasure Truck! The original crock pot. It did it’s job and I love it. Didn’t see the benefit of having one until one day I needed to run out of the house in the middle of cooking. Having a crock pot helps me out when I’m going to have a busy day.

This has worked well. Fits a large amount of food. I researched a long time before i purchased this one and everything has been great so far.
