Question, the product information on how to use is in several languages on the box and product except USA English. I had to go to the order and search to figure out and find the specific info for use on my machine. Im not trying to be mean, just wondering why its in Korean, Russian, Chinese ect. It would be really helpful if your going to sell this product in the USA, we could read how to use it on the box or bottle

I get that you’re trying to appeal as the cool European machine but maybe slide in some Queen’s English in there. I had to go look it up on YouTube but basically you dump the solution into an empty water reservoir, fill the reservoir, hold down the descale button and then turn on your frother. At this point you’ll need a container big enough to contain all the water in the reservoir as the machine will start cycling water out the frother over of about 30 minutes. After that’s done refill with new water, turn on the frother and you’ll cycle the clean water through. Verify your directions are the same but this is kind of the gist. There are no instructions in the box

Easy to use and works well

The liquid 2-pack arrived with one bottle leaking and the package wet. It had to be thrown away leaving only one bottle usable. Not a very good value.

Best cleaner around for our coffee pot!
