Does the job in my 2016 GLE 63 AMG and looks like OEM quality! Out of the 4 pcs, one was glossier than the others that were matte black. Fortunately I only needed one piece and it wasn't the glossy(ish) one. They are a perfect fit and very high quality.

If you are looking at this it is because you have window switches peeling and you don't want to pay hundreds of dollars for the entire module. These buttons are indistinguishable to me from the originals and they fit perfectly. I only used one and it matches the other buttons. Highly recommend, 10 minute fix. Do watch the videos on installation but don't use a screwdriver - buy the plastic car panel removal tool set so you don't mar your surfaces when you start doing more DIY on your Mercedes!

Garbage. Don't do it, you WILL regret it. Your switch panel will get mangled no matter how much care and how careful you yank off, you most likely will break the little tabs that hold the switches down. Mine were left uneven, broken tabs and switches were difficult to push down or up. Absolutely NONE of these different vendors or manufacturers will provide the solution you want for your Mercedes Benz. Eventually went on eBay and bought a brand new Chinese replacement switch panel. Looks even better than the mangled OEM that I took off. Shop wisely and look for those that have very tiny gaps on all sides of the switches and appear to be straight.

The buttons on many Mercedes models (mine is a 2010 C300 (W204)) get ruined very easily. OEM buttons are covered by a thin black film that after a few years of use begin to peel off. So, I bought these along with the power lock buttons and the buttons for the AC controls to replace the original ones. They are very easy to replace and look wonderful. In fact they are better than the originals because they will be much less likely to get worn out. Installing them cannot be any easier. Use a small flat screwdriver to pry off the old buttons, press in the new ones and voila, you instantly get a brand new look! Do take time to study the buttons and figure out how they snap into place. Be gentle also prying off the old ones as you can ruin the surface or much worse the hardware underneath. Taking my time and going very slow, it took me less than 30 minutes to get them all in place. The complain is how expensive these buggers are for little pieces of plastic. All the buttons (2 for the power locks, 4 for the power windows, 10 for the AC controls, and 1 for the sunroof (this one actually broke off) cost me almost $100! That's stiff! But, they are good quality and I expect them to last another 100,000 miles. So, that's that...

Ez to install. No instructions included so most will need to go to Youtube. I had already done my research. Works perfect. Took me 30 Seconds to install …. Looks OEM. Very pleased. Solved my broken button issue. Lifesaver.

Excellent replacement handles for my 2016 Mercedes E250/E350. Old ones popped off like the video shows and the new ones slid right in. No issues with auto up or down. I only gave 4 stars because the widow icons are inconsistent. Two look identical as the stock and the other two don't look as good.

These were awesome and a perfect fit to my 2016 E350, easy to replace and they definitely look factory.

These are good quality, and fit decently well. The only problem I had was the fact that in a pack of 4, one of the switches sent was a duplicate (top one). Which means I had to order a whole other set, just to get that right top switch to fit. Otherwise this would have been perfect.

Product description states it does no fit 2011- 2014 w204. Which it absolutely does. Fits my 2014 C180 w204 coupe perfectly
