IF YOU PURCHASED THIS FOR BLOOD PRESSUE, READ THIS!
I bought this item strictly for blood pressure monitoring. The instruction are lacking on BP monitoring and I've seen some bad reviews that there is no BP function. On the dial scroll through until you see mm/HG. As far as accuracy, yes it's not accurate out of the box. You have to adjust your baseline via the app. On the bottom menu, "Mine" then click on Y91 and turn on "BP private mode" then hit that arrow. Take your blood pressure on another device and enter those readings here. Now the unit knows your current BP and will monitor accurately. I've been using this for only 2 hours now and my first impression is that this is good value for the money. I'm a little concerned about battery life and I'm not a fan of prying the band off to charge. Still it's a nice concept for a charger. The App is nice and there are a lot of customizations to be found, you just have to explore. For instance you can change to appearance of the dial face.I'm less interested in the activities and sleep monitoring, but what I bought for I like it.UPDATE: I typically average about 5 days between charges.UPDATE #2: I had some trouble with the recharging tab that cracked making the watch unusable. I contacted support, they asked for some pictures which I sent and in a couple of days I received a replacement.

A fairly accurate bargain alternative to the market leader
WHY DID I BUY IT? A medical friend dealing with Covid-19 patients warned me that many people who are asymptomatic with the virus, suffer from a dangerous drop in their Oxygen Saturation levels, often without them being aware. (It's called 'Hypoxia' and is usually associated with Altitude Sickness.)Driven by his words, I thought it good to buy a device that would warn me if mine did (in case I got the virus). That said, there was no way I was going to spend $150-$200 on the market leader. Nor was I going to walk around all day with one of those $20 'clip to your finger' devices either. In truth, it also seemed a good idea to buy a device that provoked me into being more aware of my health in general anyway. After a long search, I bought this device since it offered the Oxygen monitor (with alarm) I wanted, and had several useful health monitoring features.INSTRUCTIONS: Typical of that quaint Chinese interpretation of English; so it is necessary to read them through twice. That said, apart from the all important bit about downloading the 'H Band' App and pairing the device (which proved extremely simple to do,) the rest I figured out without the manual. NOTE: one must make sure you enter the settings menu on the H Band App and add your weight, height, and age etc; else it's difficult to benchmark your performance against recommended activity levels. You also need to study the numerous other settings on the App. I spent a few days tweaking them to fully understand what they do - some are important if you want a meaningful report on your health and activities. (The manual is no help on this.)DEVICE ACCURACY: Knowing my normal heartbeat, ECG pattern, and Blood pressure, made it easy to check the device for accuracy. The result is a solid 10/10 rating for these elements. The Step count gets 9/10 as it appears to 'learn' your gait over a period of days - so don't expect it to be accurate for the first week. I'm not convinced about the calorie burn monitor though. I walk around 10,000 steps a day in a job that involves a lot of lifting etc. I also average at least 30 minutes Intermediate Yoga a day, and often over an hour; yet the device claims I only burn around 450 Kcals a day (Normal average for a male I think is around 3000 Kcals.) Perhaps it's still learning, but I'm not entirely convinced. 3/10 because it is at least recording something.SLEEP Setting - A lot of people have commented on being unable to make this work. Whether it's correct or not I don't know but I found that when settling down for the night, by going to the 'Sleep' screen and then keeping my finger pressed on it for four seconds, the device vibrates/sounds as if it's starting the mode. When I wake up the next morning I go to the setting and repeat the four second hold. This seems to signal the end of my sleep - my manual 'stop/start' action does tie in with the duration it records on the H Band App, so maybe this is correct. Sleep data takes up to 24 hours to appear on the App. I can't tell how accurate it is of course, but knowing at least something about my sleep pattern, I'd say the detailed report appears fairly convincing. 8/10OVERALL VERDICT: I would have said 8/10 due to the generally poor instruction manual (which does present the buyer with a learning curve to figure everything out,) and the dubious Kcal count, but given that the device is really quite accurate on the important stuff - certainly enough for anyone looking to monitor their health and general fitness, and that it is an absolute steal for the price when compared with other devices, I'm going to give it 9.5/10.BTW - Do be aware that, when charging, the device fits a USB charger both ways around, but only one way charges - so watch for the 'Battery' image - this confirms you've connected it correctly.

Very happy so far!
My first trackers were much more expensive (Garmin and Samsung) but I wore them out. So I was wondering how this much cheaper one would work. I really love it so far! The blood pressure readings are comparable to my cuff device, and the oxygen readings are like my finger sleeve O2 meter. The only thing I have not had good readings for is the sleep tracker. If this keeps working for a year or two, I will be totally happy to buy another. The display is much tinier and smaller than my Samsung, so I cannot read incoming messages when I don't have my glasses but that is a minor inconvenience to me.

Not accurate
I bought this as it looked like it had a lot of great features for the price. The calories are so inaccurate, it isn't even funny. I worked out for 60 minutes and it told me I burned 40 calories.... The heart rate function seems to work well if you are still, so as soon as I go to workout and I am moving around it stops functioning. I will be actively engaging in cardio and it tells me my heart rate is 51... if I stop and keep my arm still for a few seconds it will go all the way up to 130. So, just keep your arm still and I guess it works?! Ugh, wishing I just spent the extra money and got a better brand name product.

This product is a dismal failure.
I intended to use this devise everyday and all night to monitor my health including Oxygen levels, BP, hours of sleep, step counter, plus more. Sadly it is so inaccurate, it is nearly useless. And the battery does not last very long and is extremely difficult to recharge, due to having to remove the wrist band to plug in. I want my money back.

It is garbage for charging. Need a port not this way. DO NOT RECCOMMEND
This product is good for reports but the charging is terrible. 3 months old and now garbage. You have to take off of band to charge and it is VERY tight fit. It is a thin plastic and is very hard to get band off so you can charge. Now the plastic piece to plug into charger is almost broken off so now if put back in band it will break off entirely. Why not put a plug in port on it.GARBAGE!!!!

Lots of features on this one.
The fitness tracker arrived on time and has performed the way I expected it too. I have just had it a few weeks and I am still getting used to some of the features. It doesn't track steps the way a fitbit would I find I have far fewer steps with this but it does track bp pretty well. The sleep tracker is interesting as it tracks different types of sleep. Like REM if your sleeping lightly or a heavy sleeper. Overall its ok and I am still learning how to use the other features. The mobile app works fine on my phone. I also find I have to charge it more often than it says.

Lightweight, Multifunctional for its price
Just received this new MGAOLO smart watch on March 8. Overall I think that this watch is worth buying for its price as it offers many functional cool options e.g. Step count, Hear Rate, blood pressure, blood Oxygen, ECG, and Sleep. In addition the watch allows you to receive notifications, trace your watch, which you select on the (H Band) app. I found the (H Band) app a bit confusing to use at first. I am very versed on tech issues. I also found the instruction booklet very small to read. Here are my positive/negative key points to mention:POSITIVES:1) Lightweight watch, mostly accurate and surprising readings on each measurement.2) Step count, HR, Blood pressure, blood oxygen, and Sleep options are measured automatically at night.3) HR, Blood pressure, Step count also automatic during the day. You set those up in the (H Band app). Blood oxygen, and ECG must be done manually during the day.4) Synchronization is easy to do with the H Band. Need to be within 10 meters (30 feet). I find that if you are away e.g. apartment where I live, you need to move your watch closer to the cell phone.NEGATIVES:1) When I received my watch on Monday, I charge the watch and waited several hours to see when the watch would be fully charged. I realized after several hours that the watch USB was not properly inserted in my cell phone charge. I went online to watch a video on how to do it properly. See enclosed picture. If you use a Samsung quick phone charger, make sure that the charger writing is on top. Then insert the USB part in the charger.2) The screen time on the watch is set at 5 seconds by default. This is too short. I changed mine in the H Band app to 10-12 seconds to allow me to read the readings as fast as possible. You can experiment with the time.3) The manufacturer claims (5-7 days) battery recharge life before it warns you in red to recharge the watch. I fully charged mine March 8 evening and last evening March 11, it was fully discharged. So I only got 3 days of recharge. I rarely touch the watch screen to check results. Certainly at night I am sleeping so no need to look at the watch.4) ECG test: With this one a bit tricky to use. You need to apply your right finger on the metal contact and wait for at least 1 minute before the ECG reading is shown.5) When I removed the strap last evening to recharge the watch, I found it difficult to pull the strap! I was afraid to damage the watch. But something to get used to when pulling on the band strap. Of course you do not want a loose strap as you might drop the watch. So in conclusion, if you do not want to spend too much for a smart watch which offers many functional and cool options, then this is the watch for you. I will report back in the future, if there are any negative issues to report. But so far a nice watch to carry with you everyday.
