KENLIN RITE-TRAK II Set of Improved Style Drawer Guide w/Metal back and Stop

Just what I needed. These fit my Bob's Furniture Nightstand.

Repair of same manufacturer part. Instructions were very clear with hot water softening of plastic component to facilitate perfect fit and placement. Having both parts, drawer unit and track unit completed a perfect and original fit for permanent restoration.

Ridiculously priced for a piece of plastic with a metal back. Replaced an older version that had no metal. This one took a long time to get in place properly. Installed for a customer and learned never to buy furniture with these for guides.

Good product and works great - once installed. The replacements came with one of the great understatements: "... the drawer guides will cool out of shape." Amen!The directions go on to suggest heating the unit in water, in a coffee mug thus making the plastic guide "flexible enough to easily pop onto the metal track." Pop? Not in my case.After heating and then reheating finally got the guide installed and it worked great. Just plan on having a microwave handy, figure out how to hold a too hot to hold piece of plastic while forcing on the metal guide. No "easily pop" in my case but it did eventually go together with some mild expletives. You may not understand this message but when your replacement comes you will. Just be patient and don't overly force anything and it will come together.It is a five star product, five star service but 4.75 for installation ease ... but maybe it was just me. Good luck.

Followed instructions and submerged in hot water before use, no issues, installed fine and works well.The back drawer guide fit on my Ashley Furniture nightstand drawer.

Had to replace this track guide on a bedside cabinet drawer, Much better than the original and easy to install.

I have a hard containing my frustration with the Kenlin Trak II guide and glides. My son's dresser has 5 out 6 drawers with broken guides. My daughter's dresser has 3 out of 6 broken. How can Kenlin continue to be in business by making such a defective product?The metal backing to this replacement guide will help, but the dresser should have come with a metal backing to begin with if the plastic is so brittle. After replacing one of the guides, I also replaced the glide since the plastic was cracked To add insult to injury, the new glide cracked upon reinstalling the drawer. I removed this new and now broken glide and the plastic literally crumbled in my hands with little force.I wish I had another option, but I looked for a replacement part from a different manufacturer and could not find one.

It was O.K.; but not as easy as their video portrays.
