Won my vote on day one.
After buying another non giant brand and having to return it, I was a little worried. But the PC arrived in perfect condition and worked flawlessly out of the box. I purchased the unit on May 31, 2023. It was supposed to be one day shipping but ended up being two (not a big deal and may or may not be sellers fault). The computer is compact for having an rtx 4090 in it (other than height it fits ever so snuggly). Can’t say that I can comment on fan noise since my setup is right in a very loud and active living room but I don’t hear the fans at all. The build is as advertised and of high quality with with wires organized and a support for the graphics card. The packaging was very impressive as well with being compact but safe with foam and bubble wrap.

Decent Computer
The media could not be loaded. I bought this July of 2022, so figured it was time to write a review. overall a pretty good pc. problems I had on arrival was the hard drive/ssd (I'm not advanced enough to know which of the two) had a unhealthyloud ticking sound. a year later it doesnt show itself unless im installing a game. however, everyday I get an Intel smart notification saying my drive is at risk. another issue is the leds that come with it. I can't control them at all. in the beginning It came as all white, then as a rainbow like effect, I tried changing it to blue to match my setup but no matter how hard I tried to it wouldn't change the color. changed the batteries in the remote and everything. about a month ago the rainbow lights would be there on startup but once I log into my account it would change to red. another thing is it is painfully slow on startup. can't do anything once you first turn the pc on. takes a good 5 minutes before I can even type in my pin to my account, ever after logging in it takes a good minute to get ahold of itself, but after a little bit it goes away and is fast. but overall I'm pretty happy with it. runs everything at ultra settings, 165 hz at 1440p. the video I attached is straight out of the box.

Hope you know how to work on computers
Computer came with everything as ordered, nice high MHz ram (I'm replacing that anyways, but it was nice to see they didn't throw the cheapest/slowest in). Immediately wiped computer and put on a fresh install of windows (installed version was incredibly slow in OOBE). Computer would constantly ramp up CPU fan for now reason. Decided when I was swapping RAM to put on some fresh CPU paste.... And found the protective cover for the cooler still in place. Rookie stuff.Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, but for $3700, that's dumb stuff that will kill a PC quick. Just be ready to triple check their work.

Empowered PC Continuum RTX 4090
Amazing!!!!! Computer is definitely a powerhouse and has some of the best specs you can get for the value. I was also expecting it to come in later on next week, but got it a few days earlier than I expected. 10 out of 10 for me

Solid Gaming PC
I purchased the Intel® Core™ i9-13900KF, NVIDIA 3080, 1 TB SSD, 2 TB HHD, 32 GB memory model. Overall it’s a very solid build. Everything was assembled exceptionally well. The 3080 was a ASUS TUF model. The memory is okay and the storage is not top of the line, but otherwise the quality is great - especially for the price. No issues after three weeks. It was extremely well packaged for shipping and the extra cables and documentation from the motherboard was included. Still have an open M2 slot and several SATA ports available. Only wish item would be USB-C, although the motherboard has a couple USB 3.2 ports. Onboard Wifi is delivering 450+ mBit/sec.

Very surprised and pleased
I have owned and built many pc’s and I must say I am very happy with this build quality and setup. I am used to buying off the shelf pc’s and then spending many hours to setup the initial system let alone add all of my programs. I turned this on and it went immediately to a welcome screen and completed the initial setup in a relatively short period of time. Took me less than 30 minutes to set the pc up, install ms office and configure what was needed. Many thanks to the team and making it easy from the start. Only short coming I can see is a lack of instructions on what some of the controls are and a overview of the system. Very pleased so far…

What I needed, not what I could afford
So a few things, first off this is exactly what I needed for my work and gaming. It does what I need it to do. But it has a few cons and 'issues' I need to address.Cons:USB Ports on the top of it sometimes have power issues to the point I need to restart the pc. Shouldn't be happening early on so I had someone look at it and fix it.Sounds like a train. This isn't a desktop you want to have on your desk, even if it is pretty. It's so loud that my twitch stream mic picks it up even with filters / audio covers.Wifi Issues: I've placed it side by side with my laptop and its barely able to pickup the wifi at 2 bars, but the laptop picks up the wifi at full bars. This is with the adapters it came with. It's been one of the major issues with the pc because I do mesh work and texturing. I'm going to have to look into a direct connection and redoing my office to make some things work.Price: Extremely expensive and I feel like the quality wasn't worth the cost of it.Pros:It's exactly what I needed. It gets the job done.

fantastic, but do not let Amazon ship it
The product is great and the vendor is great. I even got some free stuff because the power supply they use is from a company that offers you stuff and CUK shipped all that info with it. Packaged very well, its beautiful with the faux mirror facing. Plug and play at its finest.Amazon however, charged my card twice ( 8 days apart) and took forever to ship it, missed its ship by date, let me update shipping to1 day (that was a lie as well) and originally said it was prime and had a delivered by date that was 10 days before I got it. I use this for work and so I was very upset with that.Customer service from Amazon told me a different thing every time I called. One guy was blatantly lying to me to get me off the phone. Amazon was atrocious (I cancelled prime because of this).CUK and I only spoke when I was lied to from Amazon and they said CUK was shipping it (Even I knew that was not the case). CUK essentially said "Hey, its out of ours hands" and it was.So buy it, but if its shipped with Amazon, don't believe the ship by date I guess.
