Dry very fibrous seeded..would probably hydrate if left in liquid..I can taste the sweetness on the outside.Natural semi matured dried dates thats all....could pickle with lemon garlic chilli herbs oil etc then left to mature...or cook in broth & used in a pilau type recipe..very hard will not lose its structure!

The dates arrived promptly and well packed. I have never used dried dates before so was surprised to find they were completely dried. Unfortunately I did not know how to use them so for me they were a failure. So sorry.

This was the worst product I have ever purchased through Amazon. The dates came in acrumpled up package. When opened you needed a hammer and a pick axe to get into the dates which were inedible.Comments from the supplier would be appreciated pleaseMany thanksMichael Stevens

Very hard.could not find a way to use them they are too hard to chew and will not soften by soaking them.

Unfortunately I disliked the dates because they were dehydrated to point of being completely rock hard and so, totally inedible. I cannot recommend these dates.

Dates got very bad smell , and they are dried like stone , how amazon let them sell that sort of product on their site , completely waste of money ,
