I needed something to hold my cell phone and other small items, and this has worked quite well. It was a bit too tall for where I wanted to use it, so I cut about 3/4” off the bottom of the cup holder part to lower it. This also made it a bit less top heavy, and eliminated the problem I was having with my cups sticking to the cup holder. Very useful item.

These turned my toyota echo from being a huge ongoing mess party to being a streamlined system of organization!I was pretty disappointed when I found out Toyota echo's don't have a center console. Being used to having a car with a center console, I was not sure how that was going to work. And well, it didn't work. I had a mess of things that I would throw in the area where the center console was supposed to be, and the tiny cupholders would easily fill up trying to hold things that the center console in my other car would hold.Finally, after living in my car for a while, I decided that something had to be done. After all, those who went tiny usually had these epic, creative systems for organizing. I had to try something, otherwise I was gong to go crazy living in the mess!One of my friends said that the best way to keep things organized is to make sure there is a place for everything. After installing this I can now say I do have a place for everything in my car. No more throwing my ipod somewhere random while its playing music, it goes right in the front compartment. No more trying to find place for all my utensils, they fit nicely in the cupholder part. Yes, I even have a place for a drink if I so want to!I'm very happy with this, and I am grateful that I will have these for future vehicles as well!THANKS, RUBBERMAID!

When I ordered this I suspected it might not work for my 2005 Toyota 4Runner which has two side-by-side cupholders at the front of the console, just below the dash in the enter (sorry, not sure of the wording to use here but if you have this vehicle you know where I mean). I hoped though that I could fit it into one of the cupholders and gain some storage for my phone and chapstick to have them close by and since I drive alone most of the time was ok with having just the one cupholder that is part of this gadget. Unfortunately it's not only a very loose fit (could get one of those inserts that might help) but it's just not a good fit overall for that lcoation of my SUV. I'm disappointed, I had hoped.For me I think on of those gadgets that slides down between the passenger seat and the console to hold a cupholder is better. The reason I didn't get that at first is that I really liked the design of this one by Rubbermaid for holding my phone and a couple other things. I'll give in though and choose one of those.That said, this is nicely made, the quality I would expect from Rubbermaid, and it's nice looking with the light grey rubber against the black plastic. If this works for your vehicle, it's certainly a good quality and look.I managed to stick it in my husbands older Tacoma. Not a great fit for it either but way better than the 4Runner. He hasn't noticed it yet since he uses another truck most of the time (it didn't fit in that one - 2004 Chevy Silverado - but that truck already has built-in storage and holders that are adequate).For the money, a pretty nice-looking gadget.

Not the best fit in my 2012 F-150 pick-up. Doesn't fit in the cup holder very well, and my cup gets stuck in it. It sits ok and holds a few extra items, but I wouldn't buy another one. Glad I didn't pay too much for it. Not worth returning. It's a good quality product though. Very sturdy.

Needed more storage space in my 2008 regular cab Ranger pickup. The truck had a dual cupholder and small tray on the floor, that was it. I bought two of these and got them to fit in the two existing cupholders. I still have my cupholders and now a bit more storage space too. Nice heavy plastic, wish the trays were a bit bigger.

My truck console is now organized and I still have an empty cup holder. Also nothing is spilling over onto my phone charging area. Great product!

This looks to be a cool product and is well made. Lots of useful storage areas. However, it didn't fit my my Subaru, my daughter-in-law's Mazda or my son's Honda. It want' to fit across the console but we all have the gear handle in the way. Did not fit long-ways and would obstruct the other cup holder if it did fit. Additionally, the cup holder was small. Amazon refunded with no issue though.

I bought this to expand my cupholders because I carry a 40 oz water bottle that doesn't fit in the standard holder. My new car also has no cubbyholes in the dash or console for the miscellaneous items we always need to toss somewhere, so I thought this would help resolve that problem as well. Unfortunately, it does neither. My water bottle fits in the expanded spot, but the sides of the holder are only about 2'' high (if that), so it doesn't actually hold the bottle in place. It immediately topples out. Same is true of my phone when I try to prop it in the little cubby slots. Almost always topples out. And the cubby slots aren't large enough for much of anything. And to top all that off, since it's offset, and I can't stabilize it with my water bottle, if I do put anything in the cubby slots, the whole thing immediately topples out onto the seat. Not sure what rubbermaid was thinking with this thing, but it's a total waste of money.

It works well. Don’t lose your cup holder and give you some storage for small stuff. Change candy etc. I am satisfied for the price. 👍👍👍👍

the cup holder insertion part is rather large in size , it did however fit in the forward cup holder on the transmition tunnel of my dacia Jogger with a bit of hard pushing from me. It gives me 2 storage slots to hold cards/keys etc and uses a "dead" space next to handbrake button and that is all i was after. It is solid enough and at the price was a cheap solution for me.

Cumple si función para organizar objetos diversos controles pastillas dulces plumas dinero y tenerlo ala mano lo que si debes de consideras que es un poco ancho y puede chocar con el freno de mano en algunos autos pero cumple muy bien su función es cuestión de acomodarla Rubbermaid siempre hace productos de muy alta calidad ampliamente recomendada para organizar tu auto

Detrás del freno de mano tenía un porta vasos que nunca usaba por ser pequeño e incómodo, con esta “charola” ahora tengo más espacio para poner cosas, también como es más alto el portavasos ahora no se cae nada de lo que pongo ahí, lo cual es muy útil si eres de los que usa termos.
