We bought this for our son as a pure gaming computer. We wanted the i7 chip as well as the nVidia 660 graphics card. We also decided to splash out on the screen, keyboard, mouse and speakers.Ordering & Delivery: We ordered on a Sunday and the entire package was on our doorstep on Tuesday. Brilliant!!Equipment and setup: Although not to everyone's taste the computer case, with it's red back lighting, is great and the screen, keyboard, mouse and speakers were all well packaged and easy to set up. Not 100% convinced with Win8, but we're getting used to it. Tip: KEEP ALL THE BOXES (see below). The machine is very quiet and shows the temp on the front screen. The speed of the components is brilliant (compared to the slug of a PC we had before). It's run every game we've loaded, without any lagging.Customer Service: Within a few days we noticed that the graphics had a problem ("spikes" coming out of the graphics when playing games). We called the Vibox Service Desk and got through very quickly. I managed to produce a screen print of the issue and they diagnosed that the graphics card obviously had a fault. They gave me a returns No and the whole PC was picked up the following day (Tues). I used the existing boxes (remember to keep them somewhere safe if you have the space). By Friday the PC was back and completely repaired. No quibbles and a UK based Service Desk!! Shame it went wrong but Vibox did a great job to fix it and get it back to us in amazing time. Again - brilliant.I would recommend the package and Vibox. Our son is SO pleased with the PC!!

This PC is for my teenage son for Xmas. He loves the look of it. He won't use it until Xmas therefore he is unable to review gaming quality yet

The PC itself is great runs most of games well with 2k resolution and graphics. Pc came nicely packaged the only problem was it came with an overheating problem from the motherboared to the CPU which caused games to jump to 30 fps for 7 seconds every 5 minutes it would then occur more often the longer i played onely while the side glass panel was on . the tech team was very fast at responding and super helpful....i was the 'unlucky ones' according to them. it did take a long while for it to come back about a month . They added a better motherboard and offered a refund giving me choice. Once sent back the problem was fixed however it does make a loud noise when playing video games with the side glass panel on, so now i just take it off for more ventilation and clean it often,Overall its a good Pc its my first one and i love it, Only reason is a 4 star is because of the duration to fix it and the noise after they fixed it. This wouldve been a 3 star but i must say the Tech team was very very helpful and amazing which definatly is a plus.

Customer service is good. first computer went fault dead after a few days but the company sent out a replacement. great company to deal with.

nice PC, quick delivery, changed the CPU cooler as the Intel one is not the best, but others all good as described thank you

Ordered my PC which came quickly and with a good warranty so I can upgrade in the future with the company.However my monitors cable was damaged so I could not hook up my monitor, this is not Viboxs fault as the manufacturer is responsible for the monitor as its brand new in box.I contacted Vibox upon realising the cable is busted they then sent me out a brand new cable with next day delivery.I recommend the company and I hope to upgrade my PC in a few years time with them.

The computer is competitively priced but I feel as though all are overpriced due to gpu situation n that is the only reason I gave 4 ⭐. I didn't need any tec support setting up the computer although I did phone vibox while waiting for my computer to arrive and never had any trouble speaking their support team. The computer itself is really good and I am pleased to have it.
