I really like this stick vacuum for quick cleanups. I’ve had this for 5 years and finally the battery would no longer hold a charge. I contacted the manufacturer to get a replacement only to be told that they no longer carry this part. BUT, THEY SUGGESTED I TRY AMAZON! And they had it and I received it in 2 days, even ordering it at 9pm. It came, I charged it up overnight and the vacuum works like new. Without the suggestion from the manufacturer, I doubt I would have tried Amazon. I shall not make that mistake again , especially when the product is an older model that was fairly inexpensive in the first place

I bought this for a battery operated vacuum cleaner that my late wife and I got as a wedding present 23 years ago. We never got to use it and she passed 7 years after we were married. The battery would not charge so I ordered this one and it fit just like the original one, holds charge and works great.

I purchased this battery around July 14, 2016. Followed instruction. Since purchasing it, I have used it three times in a tiny apartment--less than 800 square feet. A full battery charge dies out about half way through the apartment! I am then forced to recharge the battery to finish the rest of the job. Or, sweep the floor the old fashion way. It is quite frustrating. This battery does not hold a charge at all like the original battery, which held a charge for days before needing to recharge the battery. I am extremely unhappy with this purchase and will be contacting the seller to report my displeasure.UPDATE 12/2017Initially, I gave this battery one star! I am updating it because of the company's determination to correct the problem to my satisfaction. The company has worked with me to resolve the dead battery issue by following up with me after I got the free replacement. The replacement has worked right out of the box. So far, it is holding up well compared to the original purchase. I've used it a couple of times and it has great power and energy and lasted the full time that I've used it. It definitely works as advertised. I appreciate Powerextra's desire after all this time to really correct the problem. I would purchase from them again given their excellent customer support.

I have been using our Eureka broom vacuum for almost 20 years. It’s simple, easy, lightweight, and does a great job with little problems. They discontinued the model, however, and I had to get a battery that would fit and work with that vacuum. This is the second set of batteries I have had to replace in the last five years or so.

Ran great right out of the box....seems like my Eureka cordless 96 series is running like new again with this "power extra" battery....good deal with quick delivery and friendly seller (Power Extra)

I am a paraplegic and have a Eureka QuikUp vacuum. It uses this type of battery and they last about 30 minutes with the roller on. The Eureka QuikUp isn't available anymore. It's a shame because I really like it - most vacuums swivel and are hard to manage when pushing with one hand!

Battery is a loose fit, leading to intermittent power surging and popping out of the socket. Life of a charge is excellent but I am returning it and will look for another brand

The replacement battery was delivered on time and worked exactly as expected.

Now able to use our portable vacuum cleaner .Hurrah

its always being charged but when i use it for over 20 mins it sounds like its dying. In the beginning it seemed very powerful.
