Had a little issue with the beam but contacted the seller immediately and they went WAY above and beyond to address our concern. A new replacment was already arranged by the seller before they even messaged me to let me know. Extremely happy with the beam and the no hassle customer service. Wow. Thank you!

First one of the feet had 3 of the nuts loose, thankfully I had a wrench that could hit on the inside of the base. These nuts were round and smooth as they are intended to be firmly affixed to the base so it was especially awkward to get bolts out and to tighten them.Second, we struggled the get it totally leveled. It seems the beam and/or feet are slightly bent.Third, it feels a little unstable, like the feet should be a bit wider, at least when in the topmost hole.Fourth, when a 110lb person sits in middle of the bar it makes a sound like it’s bar is broken.In general I would say it looks like safety impacting corners were cut to hit their desired price point. Unfortunate.

Great beam for my level 1/2 gymnast. Only problem I have is it came with several puncture holes in it. Very disappointing for the price!

My daughter loves it! She needed to gain some extra confidence for her gymnastic classes and practicing with this at home did it!

This was a birthday present so it was in the garage for a few weeks before opening, once we did I noticed it had 2 rips in it. When I went to try and exchange it saw that my time was ip for that. Then went to put it together and there were missing pieces so we can't even raise the bar. Such a piece of junk and waste of money!!

This was a Christmas gift. Missing in the parts were the Allen wrench and the knobs to adjust the height. It appeared to have been a return from someone else and all parts were not included. Please send the parts

This has been so much fun for our little girl. No gym, no problem. She is building her confidence at home. This is soft with cushioning. Great beginners beam

Was missing all the screws, one support and one post. Needless to say I have a very disappointed child. She’s been waiting for over a year for one of these.
