I do not like the fact that it has two large holes in the cap instead of a gravity plug. When you want to lift off the water jug to clean the water bowl, it’s impossible without spilling water everywhere‼️ If it had a gravity plug, it would plug the hole, and water would be stopped from coming out. As it is now, we have to lift the entire ensemble to the sink and flush out the bowl and then put it back on the ground. The jug is heavy when filled completely

I thought this was going to be smaller because of the size of the box. This is a perfect size and works great. The only thing is I wish the drinking "bowl" was a little bigger for the bigger dogs. Mine drinks out of it pretty good, but it could still be a little bigger.

I love this water container for my dogs. I have four miniature schnauzers so they go through water pretty quickly. My only issue is I can’t fill it up all the way because it gets heavy and it’s hard to put back on the base. Other than that, I do like this product.

I was just looking up how long ago I bought this, it has been 4 years and 4 days. And I still have it. Here's the thing, if you expect things to last you have to take care of them. The quantity of water lasts my 3 dogs 1-2 days. EVERYTIME I fill it up, I rinse the bowl and lid and wipe off the threads on the bottle (to keep the calcium from building up) as it is filling with water I dry the bowl and clean it out along with the cap. I can tell if my kids or husband fill it because they lack the ability to do this one extra step and the bowl gets crusty and gross (in 3 days). So if you take care of it, it will last a long time. BONUS...wiping the bowl out dries it also so your not dripping water on the floor as you walk to set it down. BONUS BONUS then you don't need to get a paper towel anyways to wipe that up. ( Here be...a case of "working smarter, not harder")

This water bowl is easy to fill, easy to clean and is large capacity. My problem with it is the design. The lid most of the time is almost impossible to get off the tank. You have to put the bottom piece on before you flip it. That itself is a mess. Most of the time you end up spilling water all over yourself and the floor. I should have returned it. I've just started to leave the tank part off and fill the bowl which defeated the purpose of the thing in the first place. Would be great if you have a place for it outside your home for outside time with your pet.

A must buy if you have larger dogs! Ours are placed under a covered patio. As you can see, larger dogs are messy drinkers so the water they spill isn't a problem when it's outside. The only issue is after about 2 weeks of use, the jugs tend to get algae buildup, however, they are easy to clean. Just use a large bristle brush. 3 jugs last about 4 days before needing to refill again between 2 large dobermans and 1 terrier mix. These are great if you are planning on going on a short vacation. About to purchase 1 more as we speak!

I did some hunting around before I purchased this water dish for our two dogs (mid-sized German Shepard and chihuahua) and this one works really well. Reviews on other gravity water dispensers had complaints that there was not enough room between the water jug and dish it attaches to which did not allow the water to flow freely; this water dispenser does not have that issue. As soon as we turn it over, the water is coming out and fills the dish about halfway up. The first one we received was cracked so we returned it and the second one was in good condition. I had read another person's review for this product and he gave tips on how to flip the dish over after filling it with water and it was really helpful. (In case you can't find his review here's a quick recap: He said to imagine the dish as a foot. The part that attaches to the water jug is the heel and the area where the dog drinks from is the toe. After attaching the "heel" part of the dish to the full jug, slowly turn it over heel to toe. I think he described it better but that's the main idea.)

Ordered and needed in a rush. Don’t like the twist on lid, thin plastic which appears won’t last long.

With 3 dogs, I was filling up the water dish twice a day, now it's every 3 days or so, which I love. By the 3rd day the dish is dirty and needs a clean, but I'm okay with that. It takes a few tries to set it down without getting water all over, but I've mastered it now, and love this waterer! I'd definately buy it again.

I bought this to replace a similar product that we had bought many years ago. I found this one very easy to refill without spilling water and it does exactly what I wanted. I am very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend it.
