Very easy to use and clean. Love my new cold coffee machine

Arrived yesterday. I washed it and followed instructions to set it up. This morning I was able to try the cold brew. The coffee was excellent I did add some cold milk to it It does take a while to set up and I did have to adjust the shelves in my fridge to get it in. I think that it will be used frequently. Very happy.

Got this to try cold brew coffee. I drink a lot of strong coffee and sometimes it would be nice to have a cool drink. The product itself is well made and is big enough to share the brew. It make a nice refreshing drink. Will be great for hot summer days.

Got this for my Mum for a her birthday. It's easy to use, perfect condition, and allows for customisation, which my mother loves because she like them just right.

Very easy to use and the coffee tastes good. But does not filter the coffee the best, I ended up with ground coffee in my drink which is a shame. Also please be careful opening the top compartment I cut my finger! Overall good for price

Good quality coffee maker - Does what it says on the tin!

I worry every time I’ve used this that I’ll get cut by the laser cut steel ring lid assembly. The rubber seals are too tight, so you have to grip down on the the lid assembly to pry it lose, risk getting cut, then the rubber seal falls lose as you dangle the core dripping coffee above the carafe to just pour one serving. The design assumes you’ll consume the whole carafe in 1 go - there’s no way to remove the core and just use the lid - no easy way to dispense single portions at a time, without going thru the aforementioned process. Packaging has safety / sharp edge warnings - but not acceptable manufacture in this day and age. Also, why not provide a dedicated post-brew lid?

Love it at first, but it broke after one use. Very disappointing, its not cheap but poor quality

Che scoperta! Un ottimo modo per gustare il caffè nelle stagioni calde, un gusto pieno e rotondo senza il troppo calore. Facile da usare, un po' scomoda per il frigo, ma il gusto è talmente buono che lascio ugualmente cinque stelle.

Easy to use. Easy to clean. Came well-packaged. I love having my cold-brew every morning now. Perfect for the summer heat.
