They have a nice lemon flavor, and soft texture. The gummie is on the small side. They have B vitamins, biotin and collagen. I have noticed my nails growing faster and appear to be stronger. I haven't had any bloating or stomach issues. They seem to be working well for me.

These Gummies are great so far. I tried powdered collagen and it did not agree with me. I probably would not have purchased them except that I found the Nature Made brand which I trust. I will revisit this review in three months and let you know if it fulfills its promises by helping my joints feel better and my hair to grow. In addition, they actually taste like lemon, which was a pleasant surprise.

Package reads fine and that tastes good but I just got it so I can’t say how effective it is yet. I’ll check back in a month if I remember to.
