Great product.
I noticed when I first started charging it that it wasn't charging, it kept saying "ful" then I tried the same USB cable I was trying that came with it but used a different USB to plug adapter and it works great, seems to get hot quick enough and my beard looks great.

Love it. Works great. Lost a star as I have to charge it after every 2 uses. I've not had to use a balm since straightening with this brush. Just a touch of beard oil after straightening for a scent and slight shine. Awesome gadget, I'm happy I got it. J

They don't melt your beard
Bought them for my dad because he tried to use normal ones... These don't melt his beard off. He learnt that the hard way. Overall he loves them and uses them every couple or days as far as I'm aware

Don't waste your money.
Low build quality, the plastic creaks and feels flimsy. The battery doesn't hold a charge (yes I followed instructions and charged it a full five hours the first time). After charging the meter shows full battery but turn it off then back on and it's down to two bars. Battery depleted after a single use. It comes from China though so too much hassle to return, I'll just put a decent battery in myself.

Great product but battery life is weak
Great product but battery life at 392 degrees is terrible. 2 uses max before recharging. Recharge takes forever as well

Bear to human
Bought for my son, who resembled a woolly lockdown bear, now looks half human thanks to this product. A brilliant product would recommend.

It’s ok for the money
It’s ok but not totally amazing, the battery is very week and needs charging almost everyday.My husband likes it but it could be better.

Great product!
Got this for my boyfriend because his beard is scruffy and untidy in the morning and this beard straightener works like magic straightening it out, he loves it, it gives him a very smart look.I'd also like to point out that using this before grooming is a great idea as it straightens the beard out and you can get an even and precise cut.I recommend to the men out there with beards, this is a great working and essential product!
