This is a heave E-scooter, and look like is strong and sturdy. However, after around 30 mile used, I got problems like others, When start the scooter, only the headlight work normally. The meter display doesn’t light up, and the thumb throttle doesn’t work. Contact seller immediately and tell me they are short of inventory let me wait from March until now 6/14/2010. Still waiting ... ...

I am 240lbs and this scooter got my up steep hills without having to get off and push. I maxed out at 30mph going down a hill, but 25mph was easy to achieve on level ground. These are really cool scooters.

I unboxed, followed directions, and charged the scooter (6.5hrs) till the charger light showed green. LED panel doesn't turn on, lights and turn signals don't work, remote keys do nothing. The reason I know the battery works, is the horn sounds when pressed, but it didn't before it was charged.Customer service was very responsive via email, walked me through a process to disconnect and reconnect the alarm. If the alarm has a faulty connection (due to vibration during shipping, according to their service team) then the scooter won't start.I took off one panel according to their instructions (and images sent in an email!), followed their notes about the alarm, and the scooter started right up with the remote starter!It's raining today, so I can't weigh in on the ride yet, but the customer service via email has been top notch.

This was such a great buy for me, I love the fact that I can get around long distance on one charge.... it’s fast as well, so much fun! Can’t wait to go out on a summer night right with the fam.....

Was perfect while it worked. Throttle and display stopped working suddenly. Literally drove it home, parked, went back to it an hour later and wasn't working. Really enjoyed it otherwise.

The steering/handle that is adjustable is not stable and is moving up and down and needs to be fixed upon arrival. It’s very dangerous!!After 1month unused, it doesn’t start.... Battery is fully loaded but scooter doesn’t start!

Save your money do not buy this product. The display unit that powers the scooter keeps breaking I am on my 3rd unit and it's broke again. The manufacture will not stand behind their product and doesn't not respond to emails. The phone number on their website just rings you cannot talk to anyone for any assistance.
