nice rosehip oil
Was pleased to find rosa rubiginosa rather than the more common rosa canina. I didn't detect any scent and it has a beautiful rosy/amber color. My only disappointment is that it didn't come with an eyedropper cap so I had to transfer some of it into a small recycled pump bottle or small eyedropper bottle to make it easier to use.

Bought twice, already recommended to family.
Very happy with this product. I use it pure on my face, neck, eyes, lips, and décolletage. I mix it in with some other moisture/oils for body. No smell, soaks in quickly. I even mix it with foundation if I need to wear it. If it is a little shiny, I just dab off the extra with a cotton pad before leaving the house.

Fresh Oil
So very often, when I order what I call "specialty oils" I have received a bottle of something that smells of old cooking oil. Sulu never fails to impress. I've never received a bad bottle of oil from them. They have competitive prices and an excellent product.

Wanted to love it...
I did my due diligence and researched rosehip seed oils for a long time (comparing my usual one to others), and though this is a certified organic company with solid reviews, this made me brake out in bumps. I think the package being compromised (torn open with loose plastic seal/unsecured cap) and the oil smelling off (lightly fishy and like old warm butter) perhaps was the cause, so a mixture of not being closed tightly after filling the bottle in the warehouse and then sitting with oxygen etc being exposed with the added exposure to the torn up box in transit with uncontrolled climates (heat) easily getting to the inside with the loose opening made it go bad. I have never broken out in a rash or had any allergic reaction to rosehip seed oil in the past (I have used Aura Cacia and was looking for a larger amount with a decent price). The oil was a deep amber/orange hue and felt nice, but the smell and skin reaction kept me from keeping it. Luckily after a few hand washing sessions the rash has lighten up. I was happy to see this company is in the USA (Illinois) with updated certification. Guess I have to go back to one ounce pricey amounts and heading to brick and mortar stores. I hope the company can fix this problem so future buyers are not turned away.
