Q: my baby is about 13 pounds and 24 inches long what size would fit her best?

I would say the 6-12 but order early because you can try it on and return if necessary. My daughter wore the 6-12 at 9 months it fit good but the head piece she didn't want to wear. She wore clothes underneath.
