Energizer Batter Powered Tap Light, Press On/Off, 4 Pack

I have used this type of push light for many years for camping and power outages. And was glad to find that they are still available as I show my family how to navigate a power outage. It provides soft light so is not blinding and is easy to find and turn on when in the dark. I think of it as a low-powered flashlight that is easy to click on with one hand allowing me to then find my way around a familiar space or get my hands on a much brighter light. Young children can easily find it and turn it on. It is not bright enough for task lighting in my opinion, nor do I expect it to remain on for hours at a time. Keep one on the bedside table or sitting next to you to quickly push on if power outages are imminent or you are camping. Keep one on the floor to tap on with your foot.

I had wanted some easy under-cabinet lighting for my kitchen workspaces and to light up my pantry and these have been working out great!

I purchased these battery-operated tap lights for my kindergarten classroom to add extra lighting in a few darker areas. The lights themselves work really well and are bright enough for what I needed. One thing to note is that they do not come with batteries, so make sure you have the correct batteries on hand before using them. The only issue I ran into was with the adhesive backing. It didn’t stick well to the textured brick wall in my classroom, so the lights kept falling off after a while. I ended up using a different mounting method to keep them securely in place. Other than the adhesive, I’ve been happy with how the lights perform. They’re easy to tap on and off, and they’re great for adding light without needing an outlet nearby. If you’re mounting them on a smooth surface like painted drywall, cabinets, or glass, the included adhesive will probably work much better. For textured walls like brick or cinder block, I’d recommend using stronger mounting strips or another adhesive instead. Overall, they’re useful lights, but just be aware that you’ll need to provide your own batteries, and you may need a stronger adhesive depending on where you plan to install them.

Only one small piece of hook and loop (Velcro) included to mount all 4 lights. Only able to mount one light using the hook and loop that was included. Not very bright but it works.

These work well and are easy to install - I put them in my closet which does not have a light

I bought these for our linen/towel closet and underneath the sink. These work perfectly. The brightness is exactly what we needed. They were super easy to assemble. Would by again.

Touch lights ... appeared to be very old ... one item came with four batteries installed and the batteries were corroded and of course the light never worked with those batteries nor with brand new batteries the other three lights did not have batteries installed and did not come with batteries and they did light up but you could tell that they were very old in the light color was yellow from age and not the nice bright nice bright white that it should have been ... even the shipping package appeared old ... it was sold as a new item but I believe that it was a return since there were four batteries in one of the lights and I do not recommend buying these

These lights are AWESOME! A few of the closets in my apartment are super dark. The one in the photo is a dark closet in a hallway with no lights so I often have to turn on lights in multiple surrounding rooms to see clearly but not anymore! (The closet is actually much darker than it appears in the photo but my camera has a night mode that makes dark photos brighter.) I bought 4, with the intention to put 2 in each closet, but I honestly don't think it'll be necessary. In the photo above, this light is positioned high on the left side wall and it provides a beautiful wash of light that illuminates everything in the closet. Before this light, I went through tons of more modern tap lights and they let me down every time. They were much smaller and the LEDs were so focused that they only provided light to a small area. But this light gives me that old-fashioned, all-encompassing incandescent type of glow. Exactly what I was looking for! The installation was easy. I banged a nail into the wall to hang the light on and adhered the provided Velcro tabs for extra security. I wanted to reposition the light but the velco held so strong that I couldn't without much force, so I think that's a sign they'll stay up for the long haul. :)

Light isn't bright but it isn't dim...I use this to hang in the kitchen so when I wake up I can turn it on make my baby a bottle and Noone wakes up to a bright light but it is just enough to see around my apt

Se ven de buen material y aunque no los utilizamos mucho, aun funcionan muy bien.

Like this product and easy to use.
