Love them!
I donโt think thereโs a right way to rate beans, but Iโll go with their texture after cooking. The whole bag fits into two batches in a standard instant pot. At 50 min. each batch. I try to follow a mostly plant based diet and I am always trying to find good beans. Organic doesnโt cut it anymore and went I found these, I had to try them. Texture! They are soft but sturdy at the same time. They did not overcook and kept their shape after cooking. Which is more of an appeal preference. We will probably go through these pretty quick but I probably get six or seven plastic containers from the entire bag. Really happy I found this product and looking forward to trying it out their pinto beans and chickpeas as well.

Very good product I donโt eat beans. They have acid in them, but I do Sprout them. They were very fresh. They every single one of them sprouted itโs a very good product. Highly recommended and they have not been involved with any problems with FDA people

Great Organic Bean from Premium company
Absolutely delicious. A premium Company! They are organic & glyphosate spray free! Same $$ at Amazon as via their site. Yes, they were exceptionally clean. They are very healthy just as beans but can be used as a meat substitute๐

Great Local beans
Just finished our second bag of these. How always bought the store brand but decided if I could find a product that we local enough, West Coast, and come from the farm. Great that Amazon has them and I have noticed that they are much fresher than the store bought brand. Making cooking time faster and less broken beans.

best black beans
I am really trying to watch my salt/sodium intake and was appalled at the level of sodium in a can of beans - even the "low sodium"! I've taken to making my own in my instant pot. I don't use any salt at all. I usually will put a bay leaf in the water, but that's it. They are fantastic. Every time. I set it for high pressure 35 mins, and manual steam immediately - if you release the steam promptly, your beans will still hold together with a great texture and not be mushy. I've found these are nice and clean as well. I still always rinse them, but I rarely find much to pitch - maybe one per batch. I typically make 2 c dried beans and add enough cold water to submerge the beans by about 2". When they're finished cooking, I drain them and then let them cool a bit and separate to freeze in portions more suitable for me. I will defrost them before using them in any of my dishes. They are perfect every time.
