The surface was peeling and these hid the peeling surface on the steering wheel. Matches carbon fiber trim in our Mini!Easy and quick install.

Showstopper!!
These look and fit PERFECTLY!! Quality seems to be tip-top. The only drawback is the adhesive. One of the two didn't want to stick properly around the outside edges. HOWEVER, I wasn't expecting there to be any adhesive at all so I had, on hand, some very thin 3m double-sided tape that I had used for a previous set of these in Black Jack theme. Bing, bang done!! Get 'em. You will love 'em.

They looked very nice but adhesive was complete crap. Fell off in a matter of minutes.

Real carbon fiber. Really thin. You can not tell they are stick ons. Really glossy. They match my steering wheel perfectly.

Nice touch!
I bought a used 2011 Mini Cooper S and noticed the black was kinda peeling along the steering wheel. These fit perfectly and match the pattern across the dash already present. I did use the “adhesion promoter” that came with the parts. I’m not sure if they will stick for long but I can always use a better adhesive and put them on again. They look great! The picture doesn’t do them enough justice.
