A nice beef, a little tough for flash frying, but very tasty and tender in a stew or casserole.
A packet of beefy chunks.Not the best cut of beef, but perfectly fine for a stew or casserole.A longer cooking time, certainly makes the meat more tender.I wouldn't use it in something like a stir fry, as for me, the meat would be a little tough.You get a good amount for 2 people, possibly 3/4 if you're not as greedy as me.I would happily buy again, but as stated, would only use this in a slow cooked stew.I hope you found this review helpful.
